A full laundry room with standard washer and dryer is available for guest use. Starter laundry pods are provided in the basket above the machines.
Guest access
Guests have full, private access to this home and most of the spaces in it. Guests are also welcome to use the entire parking lot and front yard. The only spaces guests are not allowed in is the cleaners closet in the hallway towards the back bedroom. There are also two other STR units in the bottom floor of this home that you will not have access to. This includes the parking lot around back as well.
Other things to note
We have two separate trash cans for use at this home plus two recycle bins the city will pick up. Trash day is on Wednesdays.
