So, you’ve been tasked with finding the perfect vacation rental: hot tub, easy access to town and the slopes, and room for up to six guests. Your family and friends will love Park Forest Bear’s Den Townhome. Located just minutes from the base of Peaks 7 and 8, this multilevel 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom premium townhome is an ideal mountain getaway!

With a living room and a separate family room perfect for the kids, it’s spacious and comfortable any time of the year and close to all your Summit County activities. You’ll love the private, spacious hot tub and gas grill on the deck, and it’s located less than a block from the shuttle stop that takes you to Peak 7 in four minutes and Peak 8 in five minutes. Going into town? Leave the car in the heated garage and take the shuttle down the hill for a four-minute ride to Breckenridge Station. Is Nordic skiing your thing? Walk across the street to the Breckenridge Nordic Center.

The upstairs living room is open and sunny with vaulted ceilings, luxurious leather seating, and a flat-screen Smart TV, a perfect place to relax and unwind of an adventure filled day. The fully equipped and well-stocked kitchen gives you and your group the prefect place to whip up a fantastic mountain meal, featuring spectacular granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for three and a dinning table with seating for eight. An additional family room is a few steps down featuring an additional flat-screen Smart TV, gas fireplace and queen sleeper sofa.

Other amenities include a garage, washer/dryer in the unit and complimentary Wi-Fi. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- Bedroom 3: queen bed, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)

- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

Great place

Five adults. Great location great place everything functional. Not ski in ski out but very close to snowflake lift. Hot tub was nice to have on property. Could use a few more cooking utensils bit otherwise well furnished. Master bedroom was great one of the bedrooms had a hard mattress but overall great experience.

Short and sweet stay

Comfy beds. Cute fireplace at bottom level. Lots of bathrooms. Enjoyed the hot tub and the kids like the jets and multi-colored lights. Very short walk to the nearest bus stop to drop off at Peak 8. Wish we could have stayed for a week, but kids had to get back to school. Would stay here again.

Private hot tub not working correctly - bummer!

Place was great and nicely cleaned and large for group. Private Hot Tub was an important part of the ski trip and that was not working right and they could not get it working during our stay so that was very disappointing.

Great property!

We were a group of six and loved our stay at this property. Our teens appreciated the layout, which allowed them to each have their own space to hang out with a sofa and TV. The master bedroom and bath were very large. There were more than enough extra bed sheets and blankets. The kitchen was spacious for cooking and had all the appliances we needed. We took the free, local bus to the ski slopes and Main Street. The grocery store was a short drive away. We loved the jacuzzi and bbq grill. The garage had racks for storing our ski gear. Everything we needed was included, and the property was clean and orderly. We would gladly stay here again.

Got a message on day of arrival as soon as house was rdy for us, had so much space for kids to stretch out and play. Hot tub was amazing and two living areas was fantastic for our crew. The best part for me was the constant easy text communication with rental property, they answered so many questions about the house or the town and always within minutes. Everything was clean and as described. Have 0 complaints and looking to come back next year

Short Stay Ski Trip

House had mostly everything that was needed. Never brought it up to the property manager but there were no lids for any of the pots or pans for cooking. Biggest issue was the hot tub was broken while we were there. Manager was responsive and offered a refund at the end but it did put a small damper on the trip. However, I would stay again.

Quiet but near everything

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the property for a week with our adult children since we needed room to spread out. It fit the bill nicely! Beautifully updated with that mountain vibe, a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds made our stay feel like a home away from home. The location is very close to a free local bus line as well as some trails near cucumber gulch. The town's grocery store was super easy to get to for those nights we wanted to cook and of course you're very close to everything in town as well. We ran out of propane for the grill and the rental company had a replacement installed in a jif! We've rented from Summit Mountain Rentals several times before and every time it has been exceptional. We will be return customers!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bed in Guess Room was totally warn out. Terrible sleeping for two adults. The carpet, especially downstairs was very dirty. It needs replaced. Bedroom and some other rooms had furniture that was broken. Bedroom drawers would fall out if opened too far. Kitchen silverware was limited and pots, lids etc. also limited. Kitchen cabinets and drawers were dirty in many cases. Amenities were cheap products. Bathrooms were clean.

Walking distance to the Nordic Center, the trolley stop, and Peak 8. Really conveniently located to downtown as well. This felt like a home. The extra blankets and family games made for a cozy evening with the kids. The appliances were new and worked great. Bedrooms were wonderful, great size and comfort. Bathrooms were newly appointed. Hosts were very communicative throughout the stay.
