Now this is where you want to be: just a short stroll to Main Street and the shuttle to the lifts! Add in a spacious, comfy condo, and everyone in your group will be thrilled. The complex also features on-site hot tubs, a sauna, as well as access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tubs. This is how Breck is meant to be experienced!
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to eight. The spacious living area features a large flat-screen TV, a wood fireplace and plenty of seating. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll enjoy the quartz counters, stainless steel appliance and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter.
Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, onsite laundry facilities, and heated underground parking with elevator access to the complex floors. As with all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. You’ll also sleep well knowing our helpful staff is on call 24-hours a day to make your vacation as smooth as possible

This was a great place for our family trip. Kids loved the bunk beds. The proximity to main st and the shuttle was great! You can literally walk out the door with your gear and grab the shuttle to the gondola.

Excellent space, a spacious apartment, ideal for families since one of the bedrooms has bunk beds, meaning several beds are available. It has a large living room with a sofa bed, a big, well-equipped kitchen—even an air fryer—and everything is very clean. The property has easy access to everything; everything is nearby. The bus station is right in front, and the town is also just a three-minute walk away, where all the shops and restaurants are located. It’s very nice for walking around with the family and enjoying any kind of food. The bus station right across the street takes you directly to the gondola and also to the peaks, and you can use it to get around the city as well. The parking is covered, which helps when it snows or rains.
This is a great place to stay in Breckenridge. Location is perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need. Hot tubs and sauna were excellent. We'd love to stay there again.
