And even the hall bunks are cozy & comfortable and have an adjacent half bathroom next to the laundry room. The 12-foot ceilings, dark hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen & granite countertops make everything about your stay inviting. Entertaining is a pleasure with bar seating, a dining table with seating for 6, a comfortable living room with extra seating and a covered deck that can be enjoyed day and night. There are plenty of hooks for towels, bags & keys as well as walk-in closets and bathroom storage for all your personal belongings.

**There are two condo buildings at Redfish Village (M1 sits in parking lot by commercial buildings, M2 sits next to the pool & lake). We're from Franklin, TN and like many of you, we head to 30A whenever we get a chance. It's become our family's home away from home. We're so excited for our friends old & new to enjoy our Redfish Village home as much as we do.

Why Jessica Cluff chose Beaches of South Walton

This is the ideal spot for a beach vacation, close to the water in a quiet area, one of the few places with heated pools, and easy access to all the incredible restaurants & boutiques along 30A. Blue Mountain Beach is a largely residential beach community, so it is not as crowded as many of the other beach towns along 30A, but you are central to everything there is to enjoy about this beautiful coast. Plus, the golf course is just minutes away. It really is the best place to be - we absolutely love it.

What makes this condo unique

We love being in the heart of 30A...just a skip away from our favorite restaurants at Grayton Beach, fun events, shops & dining in Seaside & Rosemary, but with the comforts of home in a friendly community. We've never eaten at a restaurant on 30A we didn't love, and we're still close enough to Sandestin to enjoy shopping, movies & water activities. It's also a straight shot in from Hwy 331, so we've never had a problem with traffic & we love having the brand new Publix & Walmart right down the street, as well as the local markets right here in Blue Mountain and Grayton.

We absolutely loved 228, the unit was very clean & it was stocked with everything we could ever need, even spices in the cabinet & unbreakable tableware for the kids. The water was great at the beach this week, and we spent a lot of time in the pools - It was so nice to have all the beach gear here already, and the kids loved riding the shuttle to the beach. Thanks for a great stay, we LOVED the covered deck - we'll be back!

As usual we enjoyed our stay at Redfish Village. It's our second time there and it is always a great time.Everything is so close and accessible and easy to navigate. We wouldn't hesitate staying there for future vacations!

Luxurious and Relaxing

We visited this area with our 18 month old daughter and could not have found a more perfect location for lodging. The condo is beautiful, well maintained, and well stocked with the essentials for cooking and having fun at the beach. We ate many meals on the patio, which made us feel so relaxed and allowed us more time to soak up the ocean air. The large and small pool are both heated, which was wonderful. The beach is just a 5 minute walk, but the shuttle is very convenient if you want a ride. The owners were kind and pleasant to deal with throughout the process!

Everything was perfect!! Condo was beautiful and set up was perfect for our family of 5

Condo was in perfect location for our family with 3 small children. My boys loved the built in bunk beds! The pool was literally 30 seconds away and the beach shuttle drivers were very helpful! We loved having ice cream at the creamery and driving down 30a. Jessica was wonderful with helping book our stay- it was very easy. Wish we could of stayed longer!!
