And even the hall bunks are cozy & comfortable and have an adjacent half bathroom next to the laundry room. The 12-foot ceilings, dark hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen & granite countertops make everything about your stay inviting. Entertaining is a pleasure with bar seating, a dining table with seating for 6, a comfortable living room with extra seating and a covered deck that can be enjoyed day and night. There are plenty of hooks for towels, bags & keys as well as walk-in closets and bathroom storage for all your personal belongings.
**There are two condo buildings at Redfish Village (M1 sits in parking lot by commercial buildings, M2 sits next to the pool & lake). This property, M2-228, is in the building located between the Pools & Scenic Hwy 30A, at the lake end of the building, so there are exceptional views from both the front balcony & the private covered deck.**

About Jessica Cluff
We're from Franklin, TN and like many of you, we head to 30A whenever we get a chance. It's become our family's home away from home. We're so excited for our friends old & new to enjoy our Redfish Village home as much as we do.

Why Jessica Cluff chose Santa Rosa Beach
This is the ideal spot for a beach vacation, close to the water in a quiet area, one of the few places with heated pools, and easy access to all the incredible restaurants & boutiques along 30A. Blue Mountain Beach is a largely residential beach community, so it is not as crowded as many of the other beach towns along 30A, but you are central to everything there is to enjoy about this beautiful coast. Plus, the golf course is just minutes away. It really is the best place to be - we absolutely love it.
What makes this Condo unique
We love being in the heart of 30A...just a skip away from our favorite restaurants at Grayton Beach, fun events, shops & dining in Seaside & Rosemary, but with the comforts of home in a friendly community. We've never eaten at a restaurant on 30A we didn't love, and we're still close enough to Sandestin to enjoy shopping, movies & water activities. It's also a straight shot in from Hwy 331, so we've never had a problem with traffic & we love having the brand new Publix & Walmart right down the street, as well as the local markets right here in Blue Mountain and Grayton.

Condo well appointed and great area if you're looking for a less-busy beach location
Kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, tupperware, etc. - which was greatly appreciated! Beds, towels, etc. all as advertised. Beach towels provided were a bonus! Balcony was perfect - secluded yet sunny. We've stayed at another Redfish condo and M2-228 is worth the premium for the location overlooking the grassy area and pool, the well-appointed unit itself, the well-situated balcony, and the ease of working with the owner!
Great property and location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was up to date and the location was great being close to many of our favorite spots. Would definitely stay here again!

Wintering in the Panhandle
We have stayed at the condo before several times and always find it clean on our arrival. We find it comfortable and really like the location at Redfish. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Redfish keeps the grills clean and ready for use. The pool area is lovely with ample seating. This year the weather was warm and sunny which made sitting by the pool enjoyable. The condo has beach chairs and pool supplies available for our use. We always enjoy our time at the condo.

Our recent stay at this condo was the perfect getaway! Great location, easy walk to the beach, beautiful furnishings, relaxing community pool/grounds - this place has it all! The owners go out of their way to provide everything you need. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!
