This condo is a spacious 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath condo with a large living room and a nicely renovated kitchen and bath that makes this the perfect spot for your Cape May getaway. There is a private, exclusive to this condo, screened porch with direct access from the living room and the primary bedroom. Primary bedroom has a king bed. Guest bedroom has one twin bed and one twin trundle bed where the third twin mattress pulls out of the trundle. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Condo has central air conditioning. Cape Manor is one of the finest condo complexes with a wonderful large swimming pool with surrounding deck area. The common area amenities include covered parking, elevator, balcony, covered deck area, and of course the pool area. Tenant cannot use fireplace. In 2025 Tenants can use pool from June 21 until Labor Day. After Labor Day the pool is for owner use only.

Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN 4PM/CHECK OUT 10AM.
