I took my two adult sons and three grandsons ages 6 to 10 and I was a little nervous about keeping everyone happy. Turned out I did not need to worry about a thing.The service here is unlike anything I have experienced. The staff anticipates every need before you even think of it. They remembered our names and preferences by day two. My grandsons got special treatment everywhere they went and the staff were so patient and kind with them. The chefs accommodated every request without batting an eye. My sons are big eaters and the portions and quality never disappointed. Meals were served beautifully and the dining setup made everyone feel special.The villa itself is gorgeous but the staff truly make it.

So here is the story. I booked this place for a big family reunion with kids and everything. Life happened and suddenly it was an all adult group in our late 30s with a villa to ourselves. This place is insane for adults. The game theater with the giant screen became our late night spot for video games and watching sports. But the real highlight was the service. The mixologists at the swim up bar are legit. Top shelf drinks all day. The chefs cooked us incredible meals. One night we did a big hibachi dinner and it felt like we had our own private restaurant. The rooftop bar became our hangout spot with those unreal sunsets.What surprised me most is how well the place works for an all adult group. There are plenty of spots to be together but also plenty of space to get away if you need a minute. The Bali day beds over the ocean are perfect for just chilling out. We went in expecting a family resort vibe but got this incredible adult playground instead.

We just got back from a week at this villa in Cozumel with my whole family, and I’m still not over it. It was incredible. We had a group of 15, ranging from the grandparents to little kids, and there was so much space for everyone to do their own thing without feeling on top of each other. The rooms were gorgeous, and the views of the ocean from just about everywhere were unreal.Honestly, the staff is what really made it for us. From the moment we got there, Jorge, Ponchito, and the whole team were just amazing. They handled everything and were so great with the kids. The food was out of this world. It really felt like a true vacation because everyone was so well taken care of. My husband and I actually got to relax, and the kids had a blast. We're already trying to figure out when we can come back. If you are looking for a place that's more than just a rental, where you are treated like family, this is it. We miss it already!

We just got back from a week at Private Paradise Villa and I am still not over it! If you are looking for a place that actually works for everyone in the family, THIS IS IT.The villa is beautiful and the views are insane, but honestly the staff is what made the trip so special. They took care of everything and were so sweet with our kids. It didnt feel like we were at a resort with random employees, it felt like we had people who actually cared about us having a good time.I have to give a special mention to Jorge. He was incredible. He anticipated every little need before we even asked and made sure the whole week was smooth. He really went above and beyond.My kids lived on that waterslide and in the game room. The chefs made amazing food and we didnt have to think about cooking or cleaning up once. I was a little nervous bringing three generations on one trip but everyone had a great time. My parents loved the quiet spots to relax and the kids were never bored. It was one of those trips where you come home actually rested instead of needing a vacation from your vacation.

Amazing!

This was the most amazing vacation we’ve had. The house is unbelievable and beautiful, but what makes this place so perfect is the staff. We had every need catered to each day, and they are all such wonderful people. The food was out of this world! We tried to come up with something they could improve on but can’t think of a thing! We can’t wait to go back!

Unbelievable getaway with friends

We visited with a group of 9 adult couples and had a fabulous time! Not only was the home amazing, the staff made it over the top! Jorge, Chi Chi, Mario, Daniel & many more helpful and friendly faces. We were impressed by the food and plenty of drinks. Entertainment package add on was fabulous (break dancers, mariachi band, sax player and more). They coordinated everything including all transportation. Highly recommended!

Best vacation EVER!

I had high hopes and high expectations that the reviews I read about Private Paradise Cozumel were correct. My expectations were exceeded beyond belief. The property is stunning, spacious, extremely well appointed, safely designed (especially for kids) and FUN! We loved the water slide, endless pool, the swim up bar and the palapas. What really stood out for us was the staff – they were incredible. In addition, the entertainment blew us away. Everyone in our group said it was by far the best vacation they have ever had and when can we go back! A special thank you to Pascal, Daniel, Jorge and Pancho! We miss you already.

More like a PRIVATE PALACE!

Words can’t describe this place and the pictures don’t do it justice! It’s amazing! The entire staff greets you in the grand entrance hall on arrival with hand sanitizer, chilled face towels and cold drinks. Behind them are four giant waterfalls that cascade down from the third floor, you feel like you are at a resort - essentially this is what it is; a “Private” luxury resort, all to yourself! The place is huge! The butlers, bartenders and staff are highly attentive and the craft cocktails and martinis compete with any elite Vegas club. The best part is that you get to experience the cooking of different gourmet chef’s every night!The 250’ long waterslide that literally goes through the villa and over the swim up bar was our favorite part. It even has lights and music! We will definitely be back!

Private Paradise is an absolute gem in Cozumel! Our stay was nothing short of magical. Such an amazing vacation!

The property is truly breathtaking! It is exactly how it looks in all the photos. The house is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic and the all staff went above and beyond with anything and everything you can imagine and would hope for. If you are looking to relax and not have to think about your next move, this is the place to be. The only thing to take into consideration is if you are vacationing with elderly people. There are a lot of stairs in the house and there are no bedrooms on the first floor, all the bedrooms are on the second and third floors. So this is just something to keep in mind. But this place really is fabulous, there is nothing negative to say about it. It is truly an outstanding property. And all the food was so delicious, there was definitely no shortage there. I would recommend this property for family, for friends, for big groups or small groups, it can accommodate all parties. I cannot say enough great things about this property and hope to go back.

Greatest Vacation Ever

Our family of 14 had a great time. The property offered so many fun things to do. Corn hole was a big hit and was played morning, noon and late into the night. The staff was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for more. Daniel, the property mgr was very responsive and was on site to make sure things were as they should be. Mario was our day to day contact at the house and set up a What's App for our group to have direct contact with him. Any request was addressed within minutes. Jorge and ChiChi were our main bartenders during the week and could not have been more professional and accommodating. Balam was our waiter for most breakfasts and lunch and kept us well fed. I don't know the kitchen staff or housekeeping staff's names, but the food was outstanding and we were certainly catered to for our food likes. Housekeeping kept things clean and our refrig in our rooms filled. The waterslide was a big hit with kids to adults. The water was clear and great for snorkeling right there. Kids saw barracuda, sting rays and a wide array of color fish. No need to pay to snorkel. One day part of our group went down the beach to Private Paradise Beach where there was a lot of water activities. Look it up for a visit. Part of our group did a day long fishing expedition and caught 15 Mahi Mahi, 3 Barracuda and 1 Wahoo. Chef cooked it up for us. One group took ferry to the mainland for a day of golf. Don't hesitate to book. Well worth the money. Would love to go back.

Took my two kids, ages 9 and 12, and honestly I was a little worried a place this fancy would be stiff or boring for them. Could not have been more wrong.My kids probably went down the waterslide 50 times a day. There is a game theater with a giant screen and surround sound that became their hangout spot. With the entertainment package they had acrobats and animal handlers come through which they absolutely lost their minds over. The food is wild. My son is a picky eater and they made him whatever he wanted. The staff were all incredible with the kids. Jorge and Balam especially treated them like family.The villa itself is huge. We had plenty of space to spread out which I did not expect. The pool is amazing, the ocean is right there, the sunsets are unreal. The staff does turn down service every day which felt fancy but also meant we didnt have to make beds.Book it. You won't regret it.

We just returned from another stay, and it was somehow more magical than the first. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us like old friends, remembering our favorite drinks, routines, and even our kids' snack preferences. The villa itself was immaculate, with ocean views and a pool that felt like heaven, but the real luxury was the genuine, warm service. Vacation of a lifetime!

Celebrated our 45th anniversary with children and grandchildren in a truly wonderful place. The staff and accommodations were great, from the moment we arrived to our departure. They were informative and strived to meet our every whim. They constantly offered no pressure options to improve our stay. Every meal was delicious and delightfully served with pride.

Fantastic experience with the Private Pardise Cast!

Incredible property, cant say enough good things about the property and the staff to describe our experience. Alan was very communicative throughout the whole booking process, then handed us off to Daniel and Pascal for the on Island communication and ammenity selections. Both gentlement are first class individuals who will treat you like gold. Jorge, Panchito and Reinna handled the food and beverages with top shelf charm and technique. You will be absolutley spoiled by everyone at Private Paradise. We had a live band come in one night, a dj another.. Just an amazing experience all around.

Best vacation of my life!

Believe me when I tell you, this place is the REAL DEAL! It's like having your own luxury All-Inclusive vacation, with only your friends and family. We went with 4 couples, and there were more staff attending to our needs, than there were guests on the property! Not to mention, every meal was perfectly prepared, made to order, and cleaned up, so you don't have to do anything! From the moment we arrived at the airport, everything single aspect of our trip was perfectly prepared. Daniel & Pascal planned every excursion to our exact specifications, even sending Jorge along with us to make sure everything went smoothly! (imagine booking a day charter, and having your own personal butler go with you!) Jorge and Poncho were always ready with drinks and snacks, and Rena was ready everything morning with made to order breakfast! The location and property were amazing, but the staff really made this trip special. Can't wait to go back and take our children!

Luxury and Private

Private Paradise is one of a kind. It truly is a luxury private resort. Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The meals were world class and we even had lobster and shrimp for lunch. The dinners were better than many high-end restaurants around the world. The dedicated staff will make you feel like you've struck the lottery. They were all fantastic and did everything possible to ensure the vacation was memorable. If you're going to Cozumel, book this place now.

AMAZING

This house and the staff are amazing. We came with 18 family members from my 65 year old dad to the youngest niece of 5 years old. The staff absolutely provided the BEST experience we have ever had on vacation! I can't even articulate the exemplary service and vacation this provided for our family. The moms in the group truly had a real vacation as we didn't have to cook or clean or even keep track of the older kids as the house was safe for them to roam around wherever they needed to with an adult in earshot. The stairs to the penthouse was a bit much for my elderly father— wish there was an elevator- but he made the climb every morning and every night for the view and beauty. The breakfast, lunches and dinners provided were first class. This vacation is well worth the expense! Will do it again!!! Thank you Daniel, Jorge, Pascal, Chef Reina, Pancho, Chef Fernando...you all served humbly and wonderfully the Jaquez, Hernandez and Garcia family! We will see you again!!

Amazing property perfect for large groups

From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by an amazing staff who take excellent care of you throughout your stay. Private Paradise lives up to its name and the photos listed. Immaculate rooms with very comfortable beds and views to die for. Food that will wow you. Drinks a plenty. Lots to do with super fun water slide, cornhole, snorkeling off the dock, lounging, swim up bar, tvs everywhere. The staff make it so easy to set up and get you to excursions. We had them bring in massage therapists who were top notch. If you want to avoid the crowds and spend a week in luxury, this is your place. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks to Pasqual, Daniel and the rest of the fabulous staff.

Perfect Paradise!

This beautiful Villa is above and beyond a dream vacation come true! It is absolutely amazing inside and out. Upon arrival we were greeted with champagne by the entire staff! There is something for everyone at this Villa. In the evening we enjoyed ourselves having happy hour and dancing at the Martini bar (Thanks for the dancing lessons Enrique), playing pool and watching movies in the game room/theater and playing around with all the fun accessories in the shadow room. Pascal arranged for us to get on site massages, the theater was transformed into a serene spa. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area, swim up bar, cabanas, and hammocks over the ocean. The steps down to the water made it easy to go snorkeling and swimming. Each morning a dive boat picked us up at our dock and we experienced the most spectacular diving. The waterslide was fast and fun! We ventured out peddling around the neighborhood on the multi-person bike, which was a fun adventure. My daughter is in college and is distance learning due to Covid -19 (can't think of a better place to distance learn)! The wifi was flawless and it as no problem getting her exams printed out. The food presentation by all the chefs was an incredible experience and so delicious. Suz (the gluten free guest) who is also a nutritionist was blown away that at every meal. They prepared a special gluten free dish for her. Pascal brought in Modelo for her, which is a naturally gluten free beer. Rena and Rosey prepared us made to order delicious breakfasts every morning. You have to try Renas custom pancakes! The staff was above and beyond accommodating to all of our needs. I can't say enough about each and every one of them. They made us feel like family and we can't wait to visit our Cozumel family again!
