Home features 1600 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  Kitchen is a chefs dream with two refrigerators, farmhouse sink, custom cabinets, gas range and ample counter space. Living and dining area is bright and open with seating for 6. Outdoor entertaining is a must while on vacation in Florida and this home has it all with an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, private dock, and large screened porch with flat screen TV and seating for the entire family.  Master bedroom is spacious with its own seating area, king size bed, his and hers closets, and private bath. Guest bedrooms are bright and inviting. Yard has been landscaped with native plants and you will have plenty of room to spread out. Private dock with seating is a fisherman's dream with direct access to the Apalachicola Bay!  Monthly Rental Only
