The property was neat and clean. We were disappointed that the pool heater was broken. There were warm enough days to swim but the pool was frigid. We liked the location.

A Very Spacious and Nicely Decorated Accommodation

For a fairly large complex, this was a very quiet property. We enjoyed the pool and appreciated the large laundry room. Also great to have two bathrooms when there are four people. It was a short drive to beautiful sunsets on hurricane shattered Ft Myers Beach and the really nice downtown center with interesting shops and many restaurants.

Good value for short term stay.

We had a comfortable 2 week stay. Two bedroom unit in an older condominium complex. Lanai overlooks the pool area. Appliances are up to date. Adequate kitchen ware and supplies. WiFi and Roku service provided. Common laundry has plenty of machines. Complex is conveniently located for access to Edison Mall and downtown entertainment area. Easy drive to my venue during the stay.

Great condo with everything you need

The condo is well equipped with everything you need including a beach umbrella and 3 beach chairs and a small cooler. The pool is beautiful we stayed 10 days and the pool company was there 3 times to check chemicals and clean the pool. the overall complex could use a little TLC but we were happy there

Great spot.

This was just the right place for me to stay while visiting family in N. FT. Myers. The condo has plenty of room and really great amenities. The pool was a very welcome feature. I recommend if you are arriving at night to have a flashlight to navigate the lockbox and keys. The entry hallway is not that bright - even during the day. Reasonably priced, I would stay again on my next visit.

Wasn’t in the greatest of neighborhoods and people played loud music constantly a dog was barking mostly every day the school was right next to the condo building very loud. A few mornings we had some homeless people use the swimming pool as their bath.

Great place for a winter getaway

This condo on Maravilla was the perfect place for us to stay at during our winter escape from MN. Although the building is a bit older, the condo is well cared for and makes for a comfortable place to stay. The decor is a sort of World Market jungle theme but tastefully done. The king bed in the master was super comfortable, although the blankets were a bit thin during the nights of the cold snap that came through. Otherwise, we highly recommend this place and working with Kate. She was very responsive and accommodating when our travel plans were delayed by a blizzard. Thanks, Kate!

At first it looked decent…but then the cockroach’s came out. They were everywhere in the kitchen. There were food wrapper and dirty socks in the sofa cushions. The bedrooms were decent - no bugs there. Same for the bathrooms.

Later on in my life, I decided to visit the United States, where my first stop was Chicago, I was very fascinated by the way of life and decided to further explore. While visiting Chicago, I heard lots of good things about the Sunshine State., so I decided to visit and my first stop was Fort Myers Florida. Right away I fell in love with the area, which presented a warm and friendly atmosphere through the people and the beautiful attractions. I have traveled extensively throughout the world both international and domestic and no other place caught attention like Fort Myers.

My reason for acquiring this property is because the location is close to the down town water district of Fort Myers Florida, this location is very unique as a result of its easy access to the Thomas Edison and Henry Ford Winter Estate, The Barbra B. Man Theater, The Edison Shopping Mall, and Fort Myers Beach just to name a few. I have owned this property for 8 years, and there has been no incidents of theft or property damage reported, this gives me a safe feeling and comfort which all guest should take advantage of.

The rental property has an outdoor pool which is accessible from dusk to about 10:30 pm. in addition, the apartment has hurricane resistant windows and patio door that provides a safe and quiet environment while enjoying a full view regardless of the whether conditions. There is also state of the art flat screen television in every room that provides everyone an opportunity to view his or her favorite movie or TV show in the comfort of their own space. The property is newly renovated, with top of the line furniture and amenities' which were included as a part of this project. Enjoy a beautiful well-manicured courtyard, with heated pool, this beautiful first floor unit has a screened-in Lanai where you can enjoy the warm weather and great sunsets every day while one can stay connect with family and friends while taking advantage of the FREE WiFi which is accessible 24/7.
