2. You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. PLEASE NOTE: Onsite parking is limited to 1 parking pass per condo (regardless of size) during Spring Break, mid May through mid August, Labor Day & Shrimp Fest in early October. Contact us for additional off-site parking options.
3. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Great location! We walked to most of the restaurants we ate at. (Several under 5min) It's a top floor corner unit so we sat and enjoyed the views a lot as well.

This property was perfect. Eighth floor, amazing views and easy beach access. We have rented many beach locations but this was absolutely the best. We had beds for everyone, there was enough seating in the living area for all of us. The kitchen was very well equipped.

Took our tow high school graduates and their plus 1s. Right on the beach. Awesome view! Pool option when too lazy to walk to the beach. Great vacation for groups with kids (under21). Very spacious living space!

nice unit 801 they should mop the floors after every stay.the floor was very dirty not from sand our grandson legs and feet were black from first crawling on floor we mopprd the floor.also had trouble with the elevators.one comment they should not allow people to put anything in front of people that rent beach chairs and umprellas.

Nice Condo and wonderful size for 6 women. Bathrooms could have been cleaner, and a lot of the wall plugs did not work. Also missing wine opener!! :)

The view was the best part. Condo was a little dirty. The day we were leaving we had until 10 am to get out and housekeeping was waiting in hall for an hour for us to leave. We felt rushed.

Loved this place. Great location: right on the beach with a nice pool on the property. Walking distance from a number of great spots like The Hangout and the Pink Pony Pub. Condo: Very bright and clean. Nicely decorated. Very up to date. Floor to ceiling windows for an awesome Gulf view. 3 spacious bedrooms for the whole family. Check-in : we arrived an hour early and a quick call to the property manager they were able to get us in. Overall I would definitely stay here again fantastic place!
