Quiet Stoneybrook Country Club Villa Near Siesta Key -Summer '25 SPECIAL RATES
Welcome to Stoneybrook Golf & Country Club! This well-appointed 2 Bedroom/2 Bath villa is your home for your vacation. You’ll enjoy the large open plan that is tastefully furnished for your comfort.
Located on the 5th fairway, your western view will provide you with enjoyment as you take in the course, a lake and beautiful sunsets either on the large screened-in lanai or through the large glass sliding patio doors. The lanai is furnished with a dining table, chairs and two loungers, plus you have the option of outdoor cooking with a gas grill or a Weber charcoal kettle.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a breakfast nook with seating for four. This is in addition to a dining area with another table that seats four.
The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed with new mattress in 2024, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, separate tub, and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with new mattress in 2024, guest bathroom with tub/shower and single sink vanity.
The den has a sofa and chair and all the comforts to enjoy lounging in this room which can be used as a retreat or for watching TV. There is another larger TV in the living room, which has a large sectional sofa and two additional club chairs, ensuring plenty of seating for your family and/or guests.
Both TVs offer a variety of streaming services so that you may utilize your existing account to watch your favorite movies and shows.
A two-car garage offers ample parking. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella are available for your use.
Forest Hills also offers an additional community pool close by in the quiet, private neighborhood. Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club includes an updated clubhouse and restaurant, Har-Tru tennis facility, well-equipped fitness center and additional club pool and spa.

This villa is within a gated community. You will be provided with access to the gates and fitness facilities. Located within Palmer Ranch, the Legacy Trail is one block from the entrance, providing miles of biking trails in both North and South directions. Additionally, Stoneybrook has miles of safe sidewalks for walking and enjoying the natural beauty of the community.
Close to everything! Siesta Key is a very short drive (about 6 miles), Downtown Sarasota with all its abundance of restaurants, shopping, theater, entertainment, Marina Jacks Marina on the Bay, and just a short distance over the Ringling Bridge to St. Armands Circle/Lido Key. Great restaurants near in Gulf Gate--many options, all cuisines.

Stoneybrook is the best-kept secret in Sarasota for adult-living. It is safe, clean, quiet and filled with amazing residents. Very active with sports and non-sports activities available year-round. The dining at the clubhouse is excellent.

Our home is fully furnished -- updated and comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen is readily available. Most of the items in the kitchen are brand new, as are the mattresses on both beds.
