The home was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to make a meal. The attached screen room was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. The pool was a good size and had plenty of chairs, umbrellas, ect. The owner was very nice and I truly appreciate his patience with my many questions.

Fantastic Villa!

As a new travel RN, my 13 week stay at this villa was absolutely perfect. It is a beautiful house and the owners are truly wonderful. Marc and Tanya were very responsive and kind to check in to make sure everything was going well. So thankful for my time spent in this neighborhood in Sarasota!

Perfect Getaway

Beatifull villa. We liked the kitchen and the confortable bedroom with an access to large patio. Extremely well kept and maintained. Great amenities: heated pool with hot tub, tennis courts. Quiet and very friendly neighborhood. You can easily make friends if you want. Just off the one of the main roads that takes you quickly to downtown Sarasota, one of the most beautiful places in Florida and many of its beaches. Our favorite is the Siesta beach, ranked as No.1 beach in USA. We had great and hassle free stay in this villa and we highly recommend it.

Hidden Gem

When my wife and I arrived at this condo, we found a spotless, well-furnished and well laid out unit. The beds were very comfortable and we were able to easily prepare a meal in or eat out at the many nearby restaurants. The barbecue by the clubhouse was great! The grounds around Timberwoods were extremely clean and very well maintained. We sat in the lanai in the mornings and especially enjoyed the sound of the birds. We also spent time at the pool and never had a problem finding a chair. We really liked the convenient location. The grocery store, shopping mall are very close. The beaches were just a short distance away and there was lots of shopping. Last but not least, the owner was super to deal with and was very helpful and prompt during our stay if there were any questions or concerns. We liked it here so well that we are returning next year.
