Spend your days exploring nearby Hickory Run State Park, visiting Pocono Organics, or strolling through the shops and restaurants in Jim Thorpe. You’re also walkable to a lakefront restaurant with live music on weekends.
Perfect for families or couples looking to unwind and enjoy the Poconos in spring.

**Important Seasonal Notes**
Mid Lake Pool & Hot Tub (behind condo): Free with rental Memorial Day–Labor Day only. Closed after Labor Day until Memorial Day 2026.
Boulder Lake Club: Private facility with optional access for a fee. All lake access, from any point (including near the condo), requires going through the Club and paying admission.
Lake Club Summer Hours (through Labor Day):
• Sunday: 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Mon–Sat (August): 10 a.m.–7 p.m.
After Labor Day: Weekends only, 10 a.m.–4 p.m., through Sept 15 (last day open).
Lake Club Guest Fees: $25/person/day, $125/4-pack (4 people, 4 days). Kids under 2 free. Boat/kayak stickers, storage, and rentals are extra.

A wonderful quaint little property

Would not hesitate to book again!
We were very happy with our stay. The room was clean, had plenty of space and the beds and couch were comfortable. The location was fantastic and views were awesome. Property manager gave us recommendations for activities and restaurants that all turned out to be hits! We will look to return at some point, but next time with an extra night or two added on

We really liked the location of the condo. Perfect spot near the pool, nice view of the lake, and great walking trail. The visiting wildlife was fun. Spacious condo, two nice sized bedrooms, comfy living area and nicely equipped kitchen. Much nicer area than the area around Lake Harmony, very crowded. Wish we'd stayed longer.

Nice quit 4 day stay
Sharon the property manager was on spot! Very friendly and accommodating. The TV was a work in progress, there were 3 remotes and only one was useful. We had a rainy day that we needed the TV to entertain us. The condo was nice our view of the lake was blocked by the pool building. The neighbors were friendly and there was a nice walking path.

Pocono Race Weekend Getaway
This property was everything we had hoped it would be. Close enough to New York City, that we could sight see there. Located in a quiet Condo community, with a pool and a hot tub. Situated on a beautiful lake. An ideal spot to be able to getaway and enjoy some peace and quiet. But the main reason we liked it was because it was only 15 minutes from Pocono Speedway and the NASCAR Races. Easy commute. The owner was very easy to work with and very responsive in communicating.

Mid lake
The property location was very good. Some of the appliances need upgrading. The oven didn’t light .. The bathroom door would not shut. I didn’t feel there was enough supplies there as far as toilet paper or cleaning products.in an emergency..

Thanks for your feedback. We’ve recently made several upgrades, including a new washer and dryer, and our team is checking the oven (likely just a bulb issue). The bathroom door does close, though like many homes near the lake, occasional humidity can cause it to stick. As noted in the listing, we provide starter supplies in line with Airbnb standards, and lake access info is clearly outlined. We’re always happy to assist, but a respectful and communicative approach goes a long way in ensuring a positive stay.

The location was convenient but the second bathroom had freezing cold water so it was like not having a second shower. We definitely wouldn’t have choose the place if we knew. The scanning of a QR code to get in was also not ideal.

Hi! Just circling back—hot water was fully functional. My husband drove 1.5 hours each way to confirm, and both our cleaner and guests before and after your stay had no issues. It turns out the "problem" was just using the wrong handle. Totally understandable—handles can be tricky for some people.
Most of our guests feel the gated entrance adds to the safety of our community. Sorry that you felt that way about our community's gates entrance.

We absolutely love this condo—it truly feels like a little getaway every time we’re there. It’s a ground-floor unit, so you can step right out onto the patio and straight over to the pool and hot tub, which are just a few feet away. It’s incredibly convenient, especially for families with kids. From the dining room, living room, and the patio, you’ll enjoy beautiful views of the lake, which always adds a sense of calm and vacation vibes.
One of our favorite features is the pebbled walking path just behind the condo. It winds along the lake and leads you right to Big Boulder Ski Resort—perfect for a peaceful stroll in any season. In the summer, you can take advantage of swimming, kayaking, and other water sports at Big Boulder Lake. Fun fact: the lake actually supplies the water used to make snow at the ski resort in winter!
The condo itself has a fun and modern feel. I’m not sure if it was designed by a decorator, but the colors and patterns give it a unique and stylish personality. It’s cozy, clean, and just feels like a treat to stay in.
What makes it really special is the blend of natural surroundings and community amenities. You’re nestled among mature trees with grassy areas and walking paths that give it a peaceful, woodsy feel—yet you still have access to a large pool, the lake, and everything the area has to offer. There are a lot of condos and some of the ones from Midlakes rent on this same site! But, my condo is direct walk-out to the pool just steps away which was a huge draw for me, with kids. Location! Plus, I just love the decor! When I first saw this condo on Zillow I loved the dark wood cabinets the kitchen, the fun blue walls in the master bedroom and the big plaid couch in the living room. We toured 4-5 other units when we went to look at this one and my husband, daughter and I were just drawn to this one and loved the design and location. We hope you will, too!
