Charming 2 bed 1 bathroom in heart of SLC. Perfect in every way for your stay!
This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom basement apartment is completely private. Has its own entrance and is completely redone. It has two great bedrooms and 1 bathroom. A living room with a study desk. However, this is a charming SLC proper home so the basement ceilings are 7’4 feet tall so if you are tall we wouldn’t recommend. However, if not this is the perfect place for you! In the highly desirable sugarhouse area. 10 minutes from downtown and 25 from major ski resorts! We are a pet friendly unit with a massive fenced back yard! We look forward to having you!
