Not Clean and falling apart

This VRBO had several issues. From booking to checking it was a hassle. When we arrived the unit was not clean and the towels had been used and hung back up. There was grease all over the cabinets, mold on the ceilings, filthy carpet, dirty floors and sofa. Several things were broken in the unit such as the tub faucet, bathroom stoppers, master shower head system and more. I reported everything and requested to move but they were inflexible about a refund. The company was not compassionate of these issues but sent someone out to partially address them. I was very displeased with this unit.
