Perfect location close to the streetcar and Magazine Street. Multiple bars, coffee, and restaurants are walking distance. The hospital next door is fairly quiet at night, we only heard one loud ambulance over the weekend. Gated entry makes the property feel extra secure.

We used this pied-a-terre for a great jazz fest weekend with family. I can’t comment on parking as we didn’t have a car but the location is easy walking to Magazine Street and great food and shops. The best part of our stay was our host - he was incredibly responsive to my requests and I gave him a few suggestions for improvement which he appreciated!

The host was very helpful and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The property is as described and lovely. It was well stocked with coffee and paper goods and cleaning supplies. Great location near the streetcar stop and Fresh Market. Walking distance to Magazine Street. I would highly recommend.

This was a great spot. Walkable to Magazine and St. Charles. A short ride to the French Quarter. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean and spacious. Host was very responsive.

This is a great place to stay with family or friends. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of room, and walking distance to Magazine Street and surrounding area.

Amazing stay in NOLA

We are four sisters, who had an amazing five day stay in this property. The location is terrific, right on the Saint Charles trolley line at the edge of the Garden district. The beds are amazingly comfortable, and the place is spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Great layout and location.

Perfect layout for 4 couples. Balcony was an added bonus. Availability for street parking was great. Great communication with owner, very clean and well stocked.

Great place for our large group

We were in NOLA for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday with friends. This apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable for our group of 8. The unit is very new and all the furniture is in great shape. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The location is also very convenient as a home base to see the city.
