Such a sweet, clean space— a perfect haven after long days out. Had everything needed to prepare meals, bathroom was stocked with essentials, and the garden was amazing! Hosts Julia and Skully were receptive and friendly. Thank you both so much for a pleasant stay!

This was by far the best property I have stayed in. Minutes from the Redwoods and town. Very quiet and comfortable. The view and yard were beautiful. The hosts were really friendly and helpful

This cute little cottage space was the perfect place to come back to after a day of adventuring. It had everything we needed. We loved that it was beautifully but simply decorated - making for a serene and calm space to relax. The garden space was lovely as well. Julia was such a wonderful host - very communicative and welcoming. We highly recommend this VRBO and would eagerly book again if we return to Arcata!

This place was perfect for our stay in Arcata! We wanted to explore Redwood National Park and this was a great cozy place to stay close to all the hikes we wanted to do. The host, Julia, was super sweet and communicated with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. I 100% recommend this spot for a lovely getaway!

This is a delightful location. It's very peaceful and quiet. The burgeoning garden outside the door is lovely! It's possible to walk up the street and right onto a hiking path through a redwood forest, and have the path essentially all to yourself. Julia went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had in making my reservation. She's a kind and hospitable host! Highly recommended.

My experience was a little different than most. My husband had a sudden injury the day before we were to go on our trip but the host, Julia, was very understanding and helpful to me. We will definitely try to stay there in the future.

No microwave. No working stove or oven, no working refrigerator. Had to call Vrbo customer service to rectify, did not recoup the cost of lost food or the ensuing cost of having to eat at restaurants, which detracted from actual time spent at lodging enjoying the amazing garden. Overall worst, most inconvenient Vrbo lodging I have ever stayed at due to no cooking facilities and poor reimbursement for inconvenience, stress and finances spent and not recouped for situation in general. We could have stayed at an expensive hotel and had room service and would have come out with money left over. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Vrbo customer support is atrocious!

Very quiet neighborhood; lovely garden outside unit; hosts cordial, helpful and totally non-intrusive; very clean and tidy unit; comfy bed; kitchen supplied dishes, utensils, a French press for coffee, gas stove and whistling teakettle. Refrigerator kept things cold and was a decent size to fit everything we brought with us. This is a very nice place to stay.
