This spacious, updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home is nestled on a quarter-acre lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. Ideally located just 3 miles from both Siesta Key Beach and downtown, the property is also minutes from the Legacy Trail, numerous restaurants, shopping, and hospitals—offering unparalleled convenience.
As you enter, you'll be greeted by a large, inviting living room featuring a reclining leather sofa, perfect for relaxing. The main bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized Tempur-Pedic mattress, while the second bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom is currently set up as a cozy den /bedroom containing a queen size bed, and a twin trundle.
The dining room comfortably seats 10, making it ideal for family gatherings or entertaining. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, with a center island, brand-new appliances, a smart refrigerator, a full pantry, and all the essentials.
The rooms are equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort. The first bathroom features a double vanity and a tub, while the second bathroom has a convenient walk-in shower.
Step outside through the patio doors to a spacious, fully fenced backyard with an oversized private pool, perfect for relaxation and recreation. The backyard also features a barbecue area for outdoor dining.
This home is fully equipped with everything you need, including dinnerware for 10, two coffee makers (a Keurig and a drip coffee maker), a teapot with a selection of teas, and all linens, towels, and beach towels. Beach, umbrellas, chairs, and coolers are also available. Additional conveniences include off-street driveway parking and an in-home washer and dryer.
