The host is very quick to communicate, and the property is nicely located near Sundance, Provo, Heber, and Park City. If you have any mobility issues, note that the second bedroom is downstairs and bathing is a stand-alone claw foot tub with a shower. The house is well stocked with kitchen items, wifi and TV.
Spent a lovely week at the cabin! The beds were really comfortable and listening to the river right outside the bedroom window was so relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. Be aware that there is no dishwasher and the washbasin, while endearing, is not super ergonomic! Otherwise, loved our stay. Would definitely consider staying here again!
Everything was wonderful. The cottage was just as described and had everything we needed to be cozy and comfortable and recharge in nature. And our host was responsive and friendly. I will definitely come back!
The cabin was cute, inviting and roomy for a small family or couple. The beds were comfortable and extra blankets were available. The river in the back was very beautiful and peaceful. The community gate code was a bit of a nuisance because we had a Doordash delivery and a few uber rides. Instructions that the keypad is on the other side of the gate need to be updated.
Emily, host, was great. Good, clear and responsive communication. House is small and charming cabin. Only cons were missing bath soap bar and dish detergent and the bathroom sink was not draining however emily responded quickly and all were addressed with no issue
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It is cozy and comfortable and was a perfect fit for my family of four. The rental process was simple and straightforward -- from beginning to end. We recommend this cabin to anyone who likes to stay in comfortable, clean accommodations at an affordable rate.
Everything is so intricately decorated. From the adorable curtain rods in the kitchen to the claw foot tub in the barhroom there are so many other things that make this cute little cottage on the river stand out.

Cozy, charming, simple, peaceful. The Cabin was well equipped, beds were super comfortable, the combination of the sound of the brook at night, and the light breeze from the canyon coming thru the window was unbeatable, extremely relaxing, perfect for a family of 4 or 5. Kids loved the lights in the cool, second bedroom in the basement.
We’ll definitely be back!
Very much enjoyed staying in this charming cabin.
Spotlessly clean, host was responsive, listing accurate, great location tucked away in Provo canyon.
Much preferred this and the 10-15min drive into Provo/Orem that staying in town.
My only gripe was nighttime Light Pollution and full time Whirring noise from the neighboring properties HVAC unit directly across the Stream which competes with the beautiful sound of the Flowing Stream, and the Night Sky.
In all though; a full 5 stars for this cabin, these hosts care.
