Everything was perfect for a relaxing weekend. Loved the outdoor hot tub, back porch (sighted a few new birds), and overall experience. Highly recommend and would book again. I imagine the fall is breathtaking!!
Great property with a view of the lake! It was an ideal space for our family of 4. The kids loved playing outside and the garage hang out area was a plus. The hot tub was really nice. Location is perfect to drive into Rogers/Bentonville or even over to Eureka Springs. We’d stay again for sure!

We’re glad our home was a great fit for your family and that you enjoyed the lake view, outdoor space, garage hangout area, and hot tub. It’s wonderful to hear the location worked so well for exploring the area, and we’d love to host you again.
The host was outstanding. The house was clean and perfectly stocked. We really appreciated the layout of the house and the option of three king rooms. The hot tub was clean and very nice as well.

Thank you for the great review! We’re glad you enjoyed the house, location, and overall experience.
The host was quick to respond, very welcoming. The house was very nice, clean, with everything inside and outside that you would need or want. We enjoyed watching the sunset and the view of the lake and trees from the patio. The location was good for daytime excursions to Rogers, Bella Vista, and Pea Ridge for the Civil War Battlefield.

We’re glad you enjoyed the welcoming experience, beautiful sunsets, and lake views from the patio. It’s great to hear our home’s location made it easy to explore the area during your stay.
House was beautiful, clean, met all of our needs. A little out of the way from activities. It was too cool to enjoy anything outdoors but with better weather the hot tub and deck would have been nice.

Come see us again in warmer weather! Glad you enjoyed the stay
Good time and clean property! Is a bit far from the lake and getting to the dock is not easy. We were able to enjoy the fun garage space and hot tub instead!

Thanks Michael. You're not wrong, it's a bit of a treck to the water but I'm glad you were able to enjoy the house and the land.
This was a great space to spend the weekend. House is very nice and cozy. I will throw out the only two downsides we could come up with, although both are very minor inconveniences and are described in the listing. First, it is a 20 minute drive to town. We didnt mind at all, just plan for it. Second is the lake access. It is a very steep climb, pay heed to their warning about at your own risk.

Thank you for the thoughtful and great review, Hayden. We are glad you all found it nice and cozy. It was a pleasure hosting y'all. Welcome back anytime!
What a wonderfully cozy home this is! We loved spending our family vacation here - it was stocked with everything we needed. We sat with a beautiful lake view each evening in the hot tub. We enjoyed playing games, cooking dinner, and watching movies as well. We loved the being near the lake too - my kids fished and swam at the beach area and we went kayaking - which I definitely recommend if time allows!
In addition, we enjoyed visiting the local coffee shops in Bentonville and Rogers - and the fun shopping and downtown area is a must! It was the perfect get-a-way!
It is a great location and the owners were very accommodating! We will be back!

Cindy, thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your wonderful experience! We’re thrilled that you and your family enjoyed the home, the lake activities, and the local area. We look forward to hosting you again for another perfect get-a-way!
From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, communication with the host was excellent. Every question was answered promptly and clearly, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The home itself was sparkling clean—truly one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. It felt fresh, welcoming, and very well cared for. Everything we needed was provided; we only needed to bring our clothes and food. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable.Check-in was incredibly easy, which we really appreciated after traveling. The coffee bar was well stocked, and my husband used it every day—such a convenient and appreciated detail. We traveled with three girls—a 15-year-old, a 4-year-old, and a baby who turned 8 months while we were there—and the home worked beautifully for all ages. There were a few toys available, along with a highchair and a pack ’n play, which made traveling with a baby much easier. There were also lots of board games for all ages, giving us great family time together. The hot tub was another highlight. It was well maintained and thoughtfully placed on a concrete pad with a concrete walkway, making it feel clean, safe, and easy to access.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable, well-stocked, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free getaway.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad our home provided a smooth, stress-free stay with great communication, thoughtful amenities for all ages, and a spotless, comfortable space. It means a lot to hear it exceeded expectations, and we truly appreciate the recommendation and hope to host your family again.
This is a great home, furnished with just about everything you would need to make meals. The hot tub was a nice feature too. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and watching the sun rise and set from the deck.Sadly when we booked this house we had hopes of fishing on the lake. It's advertised as a lake front home but it is not on the lake. In order to get to the lake you would need to walk down 183 steps without a railing. Then to get to the water you would have to walk over a makeshift latter and hope you don't fall. This was dangerous and disappointing For the price of this house we could have been on the other side of the lake with actual lake front access. If you are just looking for a view without access than this is a great home. We just wished the description was what we paid for.

Thank you for the compliments Hajjar. We always strive to meet and exceed our guests expectations. I hate you were disappointed with the access to the lake. By definition we are a lake front home and we do have lake access. The geography around Beaver Lake is quite steep so the access does require going down a steep hill of which we've spent a lot of money on a staircase to make that access easier. We're also in the process of improving that staircase even more this month. However, you will still have to climb the stairs to go to and from the lake. I unfortunately can't change that. Our perspective is that being on top of the hill is what provides such a breathtaking view of the sunset. So we're willing to burn some calories going to and from the lake in order to have that view. We hope you can understand our perspective and know that we never intended to mislead you. Wish you the best!
