Come enjoy this uniquely stylish retreat for your next getaway! Our chic house blends comfort and contemporary design, creating a relaxing haven with sleek interiors and thoughtful touches. Unwind in the cozy living spaces or escape to the tranquil fully-fenced garden with Sauna.

Experience a one-of-a-kind stay in this architecturally stunning and thoughtfully designed home. Step into the spacious living area, featuring a sleek, modern kitchen fully stocked for your cooking needs, a cozy sitting area with a large TV, and a spacious dining area with seating for 8.

The master suite, located just beyond the dining room, offers a king-sized bed, a work desk with views of the backyard, and a smart TV. The connected bathroom boasts a unique shower (no tub).

On the opposite side of the house, you'll find two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and another with two XL twin beds, which can be easily converted into a king. This side of the house also includes a second full bathroom with a tub.

Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced backyard, featuring a tiled patio, a dining table for 6, and a luxurious sauna for ultimate relaxation. A two-car garage is also available for your convenience.

This home is located just 12 blocks from Downtown Sanford, 4 blocks from Historic Venue 1902, and a 15-minute drive to the Boombah Sports Complex.

Please note:

- This is a quiet neighborhood, and not suitable for parties. We do not allow outside guests without prior approval. Please let us know if you'd like to invite additional guests.

- Early check-in and late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm the availability of early check-in and/or late checkout one day in advance. We charge a small fee for this service, since we will need to coordinate with our on-site manager, and sometimes we will need to pay a cleaning rescheduling fee.

- If you absolutely NEED early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that.

Stayed for a water polo camp- we were here for 6 nights. Was fantastic! Great hospitality easy check in and check out. I appreciate that there was NOT a long list of chores to do before check out! Thank you for that! If we come back to Orlando for another tournament/ camp/ skills training- we will stay again!

We stayed at this home for a baseball tournament at the Boombah Sports Complex, which was only about 12 minutes away—an ideal location for our needs. The house was clean, comfortable, and worked perfectly for our family of five.It’s also conveniently close to downtown Sanford, where we found plenty of great bars and restaurants to enjoy during our downtime. Although we didn’t cook much, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would’ve needed.Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and while we didn’t need to contact the host during our stay, everything was well-organized and straightforward.Overall, this was a much better experience than staying in a hotel—we’d definitely book again!
