It’s a gem!

My first time in Florida, so I wasn’t familiar with the greater area. Happened upon this little gem in a transitioning neighborhood. The price was right we needed the two full baths that it offered. It was clean, clean, clean. We had a barking neighboring dog all five nights, nothing like house-owner could control. And when the WiFi impacted our ability to gain entrance, the owner was super responsive. I would stay there again.

Nice new home

We were very pleased with our stay! The home is brand new, very nicely decorated, and well stocked for cooking, laundry, and other needs. There were extra touches that we really appreciated, like a large stocked snack basket on the kitchen counter, bathroom toiletries beyond just the basics, coffee, creamer, some spices, and other items in the pantry. The host was very quick to respond throughout our stay and even came by to fix a log-in issue we had with one of the bedroom TVs.Many “pros”, and only two minor “cons”. One, the master bed was uncomfortably soft, and sinks a little to the middle. The other beds were comfortable. Two, the surrounding neighborhood made us a little uneasy when we first arrived. But the home has an active security system, and we were there for almost a full week and never had any issues or felt unsafe. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, how nice and new everything in the home was, and with the host. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was adequate size for 6 adults with 2 sleeping in a bunk bed which was fine since they were young adults and could get in and out without difficulty. Nice open kitchen living room area for entertaining. Nice private backyard with seating for several people. Kitchen was well equipped except no drinking glasses, only for wine and coffee. Could not use dishwasher as it was missing a screw and door would not shut. Kitchen faucet began to leak but owner sent plumber to repair. AC did not cool house, owner was made aware and will look into that. Personally found the master bed to sink into the center so we used an extra cot stored in the closet. Neighborhood was fairly quiet however not walkable to any eateries etc. Location was 1.5 miles from historic town center so easily drivable. Hope this review is fair and helpful.
