We were honestly quite surprised by the rating, especially as your review mentioned that everything was in good order, and during your stay you shared that all was going well. We also want to note that we went out of our way to assist with the TV by installing an antenna so you could access local channels when streaming was not working. Our handyman came by to set this up and personally walked you through how everything works to make sure you were comfortable. Given that the TV issue was resolved and no other concerns were shared during your stay, we are not quite sure what led to the 2-star rating. Thanks again for choosing to stay with us.
