Welcome to Coastal Daes, a 3-story townhome in the Coastal Dunes community of Santa Rosa Beach, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to the shops, restaurants, and live music of Gulf Place.

With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and space for up to 12 guests, this property is designed for families and groups who want comfort, convenience, and a little extra fun. The included 4-seat golf cart makes it easy to explore the area, run to the beach, or cruise the neighborhood without worrying about parking.

The Layout
The townhome spans three floors with two master suites, one on the first floor with a queen sleeper sofa and one on the third floor with a private bath and rooftop balcony access. The other two bedrooms each have queen beds and their own bathrooms, with a mix of walk-in showers and tub/shower combos.
Living and Dining

The second-floor living area features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining seating for six, a comfortable living room that seats five, and a large Smart TV.
Community and Location

The Coastal Dunes community pool is just steps away. Gulf Place, with its walkable streets, boutique shops, local restaurants, and regular live music, is nearby. The famous sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast are a 5-minute walk.

The house was awesome! Location to shops and restaurants was great! The public beach was not so good we went to blue mountain about 8 miles up the road that was a hassle everyday.

This place was exactly like pics also very clean we really enjoyed ourselves.

This place was exactly like pics also very clean we really enjoyed ourselves. We are looking forward to staying again when we come back. Having a golf cart to get around was such a plus. Also this place is about 30 min from Destin Harborwalk and about 18 min from Seaside Pavillion. And literally a 2 min golf cart ride to public beach access.

Could have been great!

This property is in an amazing location and has a lot of great potential but was not taken care of at all. The maintenance team and cleaning team did a very poor job of keeping up with this place and it was not nearly what it was advertised to be. With simple corrections and cleaning team doing a better job, this would be a great home to stay at. The garage light didn’t work, golf cart malfunctioned a lot, the pool next door was dirty, the coffee maker had mold in it, and there was nothing included to help clean/maintain so we had to buy things like dish soap and detergent which usually comes with other beach rentals. I messaged the host before and asked about beach chairs and there were plenty provided in the garage but he told me there were none and so we bought new ones to have some for all of our family before and could have saved a lot of space traveling with an infant. Overall, the bathrooms were pretty dirty and a lot of the lights were out and two of the tv’s didn’t work. Internet/wifi didn’t work on the bottom level. Again, this place would have been great as the location is amazing but needs maintenance and cleaning could use a lot of improvement. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.
