We were entertaining / visiting our granddaughters who live in the Santa Rosa Beach area and wanted to have a place for they and their families to enjoy. The house and property are amazing. The bonus is the six passenger golf cart and bikes.

Enjoyed the trip. Left behind an Item and they were great at getting it back to me. Great outdoor spaces. LOTS of steps. Don’t trust the digital battery on the golf cart display look for the meter down below in back seat There’s no ice maker so make sure to get ice or make it with the trays. Cleanliness wasn’t great. The floors need scrubbed, dried out contacts on the dressers in the bedroom. Otherwise great house

My family thoroughly enjoyed 85 Gulf View Way. We spent four nights there all ages 80 to 13 years old. There was plenty of things available to do whether it be riding bikes, or walking to the pool, especially the monopoly and Mexican train game. We will definitely be back.
