You are looking at a recently renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit with availability to sleep 6 people including a sleeper sofa. This is a unique and convenient unit as it it located on the bottom floor. Great for a family with kids or the older generation as it is just steps away from the pool, beach, and parking lot. No need to worry about waiting on the elevator! Enjoy a nice cup or coffee in the morning on your porch before you head down to the sugary white sand at the beach for some fun in the sun with your loved ones!

After each guest, this unit is meticulously cleaned and sanitized with fresh linens to ensure that each guest walks into a freshly manicured oasis to start your vacation. We look forward to making sure you are comfortable and cozy here at Catalina 104 and to make it more enjoyable you will find smart tv's, free wifi, all new appliances, as well as all the essentials for kitchen utensils to meet your culinary needs.

The Beach Club is not just a condominium but a luxury resort where you will find two restaurants and a poolside grill, food trucks on the front lawn (during the summer months), ice cream shop, mercantile and gift store, and luxury salon & spa! You will also have access to 4 pools and hot tubs to accompany each pool. Each tower has its own pool so no need to worry about overcrowding!

To further enhance your stay at The Beach Club, you are welcome to join to Clubhouse to unlock even more exclusive amenities with a small fee. An indoor heated pool, sauna, fitness center, access to tennis courts, as well as an outdoor clubhouse pool with poolside bar & grill where you will find refreshing drinks and food to add to your relaxing experience.

Girls Trip

We enjoyed our stay so much! We took a long weekend girls trip! The room was clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The ground floor condo was great to walk right out to the boardwalk and right to the beach. Allison was great throughout the booking process and communicating through the check in process and check out process. We will be back for sure!
