This new construction home is ideally situated within a 5 minute drive of historic Park Circle. Recently named "Brooklyn of South Carolina," Park Circle boasts acclaimed restaurants, wine
bars, breweries, unique retail and plenty of green space and playgrounds.

Centrally located in the Charleston region, has easy access to the main highway, airport, downtown and the beaches.

The Space:
Though this is a 3 bedroom home -- we have an additional portable twin bed located in the closet which can be used to accommodate an additional guest.

Check in easily via the keypad on the front door.

All of our beds have mattresses & pillows. We provide clean towels, freshly made beds, and bathroom essentials.

The Kitchen is fully ready to go with a refrigerator, range, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, silverware, plates, bowls, and basic cooking tools.

There's a washer and dryer inside the laundry room with detergent.

10-15 minute drive to the Credit One stadium on Daniel's Island.

Other Things to Note:
Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.

No boats, trailers, or box trucks

Stays of 10 days or more are subject to an additional cleaning fee.

No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

There's a Ring Doorbell located near the Front Door.

Interaction with Guests:
We have keyless entry and give guests their space, but are available by phone when needed.
