Fully furnished, luxury condo at the edge of the CBD, located on the 4th floor of a very upscale, safe, and secure building right near downtown and I-10. Unit is a bright and sunny 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath; bedrooms and living room all have high ceilings and windows with a sweeping view of the city. The unit is equipped with a luxurious queen sized sofa sleeper as well in addition to the large king sized bed.

Walking distance to Superdome, Arena and many of New Orleans most famous attractions.

Furnished Luxury Apartment in the popular Warehouse/Arts district. Fully furnished, located on the 4th floor of a very upscale, safe, and secure building right near downtown and I-10. Unit is a bright and sunny 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath; bedrooms and living room all have windows with a sweeping view of the city. In addition to the full bedroom, the unit is equipped with a queen sized sofa sleeper. Features: Elevator access Secure key card access only security Central heat and A/C 12' Ceilings Blackout drapes throughout; Modern appliances; refrigerator has ice maker and water dispenser and stove is a flat rangetop; Full washer and dryer WIFI 50" TV in Living & 40" TV's in bedroom Coffeemaker; Hair dryer in each bathroom Iron/Ironing board Complimentary travel toiletries provided. This property was just as the pictures show! It is centrally lo ated downtown and within 3-5minutes of everything. It was very clean and spacious and the downtown view was awesome! The host Jason was very quick to respond for any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again!!

The listing is exactly what you get. Communication response was on point! The security and Ease of checking in a plus! Parking is cumbersome for larger vehicles but doable. Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of Bourbon street.

This property was perfect since we planned to visit the World War 2 museum. Just a short walk. The place was unique with high ceilings and Jason was great at answering my questions. Check-in was seamless. Would definitely recommend.

Overall a very good location with walking distance to everything we needed to access during our 4 day stay for a local event. Easy access to the streetcar and Rouses' Market. Streets are very dark at night and would use Lyft for evening excursions. We didn't have a car during our stay. Host was very responsive to inquiries.

Perfect location! You can literally walk anywhere you want to go from this location. We walked to the Superdome for a Saints game Saturday! Great experience. We walked to the French Market, Riverwalk and the French Quarter. We saved so much money not having to drive around and pay for parking.
