Unit is a bright and sunny 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath; bedrooms and living room all have high ceilings and windows with a sweeping view of the city. The unit is equipped with a luxurious queen sized sofa sleeper as well in addition to the large king sized bed.

Walking distance to Superdome, Arena and many of New Orleans most famous attractions.

Furnished Luxury Apartment in the popular Warehouse/Arts district. Fully furnished, located on the 4th floor of a very upscale, safe, and secure building right near downtown and I-10. Unit is a bright and sunny 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath; bedrooms and living room all have windows with a sweeping view of the city. In addition to the full bedroom, the unit is equipped with a queen sized sofa sleeper. Features: Elevator access Secure key card access only security Central heat and A/C 12' Ceilings Blackout drapes throughout; Modern appliances; refrigerator has ice maker and water dispenser and stove is a flat rangetop; Full washer and dryer WIFI 50" TV in Living & 40" TV's in bedroom Coffeemaker; Hair dryer in each bathroom Iron/Ironing board Complimentary travel toiletries provided. Gated parking for up to two vehicles.

Perfect location! You can literally walk anywhere you want to go from this location. We walked to the Superdome for a Saints game Saturday! Great experience. We walked to the French Market, Riverwalk and the French Quarter. We saved so much money not having to drive around and pay for parking.
