My family really enjoyed the stay. We were there for an entire week, and would recommend this property. The hosts were great with tips on local restaurants. Location was perfect, close to everything but in a very quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay. Hosts are friendly, responsive and helpful. Location is convenient and safe. Thoughtful house decor and well provisioned. Would definitely stay here again.

Bob was an excellent host! Very friendly and accommodating. The property was just as listed, if not even better in person with lots of extras provided. Very comfortable and convenient and we would definitely stay here again. 10/10

We had a great time at Martini house! Bob and Sue were warm and welcoming, and offered great snacks in the house. House was as described, quiet neighborhood, and very comfortable and clean.

The Martini house was the perfect place to stay at Christmastime. It was stocked with all kinds of goodies and there was even a tree! It was clean, spacious and so comfortable. Thanks so much to the Martinys for being excellent hosts!

Cozy and hospitable stay!

Loved staying at Bob’s property! The house was super cute, welcoming, clean, and conveniently located. Our host greeted us upon arrival and gave a personal walkthrough to make us feel more welcome. Would stay here again :-)

Fantastic. The way it should be! A very nice house with things in it, what a thought. Extra towels, no problem, coffee, right there, more than 3 kleenex, check. Crazy stuff! Above and beyond, we love visiting Bob and Suesue and they are basically rental grandparents for our little one. We look forward to visiting again. Great location, close to street cars, parks and restaurants. Thanks!

A great place

The house has a warm vibe, comfortable furniture and beds, and has great character. Plenty of fluffy towels, excellent linens, and the welcome basket of snacks and cold water in the fridge was a nice touch. Off street parking is a huge bonus. Safe, quiet location. Would stay here again.

New Orleans Perfection

Bob and Sue were amazing hosts! They were super attentive to all our needs…although we had very few due to the amazing attention to detail that they put into the space. It was beautifully decorated with the feel of Old School Nola with all the modern touches. It felt like a hike away from home. It’s location was superb in a safe neighborhood that was centrally located to everything you might need . We will DEFINITELY stay there again.

Exceeded All Expectations!

We felt welcomed from the minute we got out of our car and met Bob and Sue. They are awesome hosts who sincerely demonstrate “southern hospitality.” They had great recommendations for restaurants and places to go. The house was generously stocked with snacks and everything you could need on your visit. I would 100% rent this property again and recommend it highly. Can’t wait to come back!!

Mini Spring Break

We had a great time visiting New Orleans and staying at the Martini House for four nights. Bob and Sue are great hosts and the house was well stocked. I completely forgot to pack water and cold drinks were in the frig when we got there. :) Lovely house with everything in good working order.

Even nicer than expected

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our accommodations. There is off street parking and the area felt very safe. We left our car there and took Uber everywhere. The owners who live in the other half of the house greeted us and are super nice people. The beds are very comfortable and the house was well stocked to make us feel at home. They had cold bottled water, all sorts of snacks and even a tray filled with chocolates. We would 100% stay there again and recommend it to anyone.
