The newly renovated house has 2 bedrooms, full size kitchen, large living room for relaxing after a day exploring the city, & w/d. Take a walk a few minutes and hop on the St Charles Ave Street Car line to visit Downtown, Garden district, Conv Ctr & the French Qtr. Dining & nightlife are mins away.

Great place to stay. Clean, good amenities , convenient parking and close to the street car. Host communicated when property was available (earlier than check in time ) and reminded us to reach out if we needed anything. We did not need to reach out because we had everything we needed. The washer dryer was a nice bonus since I was coming from a work trip. Hope to stay here again.

A very comfortable property in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The duplex was immaculate and well appointed. The owner has the communication and check-in/out process perfected.
