Nestled along the shores of Assawoman Bay in the gated island community of Sunset Island, this exquisite 5 bedroom, 4-story Ocean City townhouse will be that one particular harbor for your beach vacation. Overlooking a quiet canal, this townhome sleeps 12 and has 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 2 half baths to optimize privacy. The 2nd floor encourages the family to create memories that will last a lifetime in the expansive, open floorplan kitchen, dining room, and living area.
The Space:
Located in Mid-town Ocean City, MD, Sunset Island is a private 37-acre island located on Assawoman Bay but just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. With brick sidewalks, front porches, good neighbors, and a very walkable community Sunset Island is reminiscent of beach communities along the Atlantic coast in the 1920s. This bayside resort offers you a private escape to unwind where cars take a back seat to leisurely strolls along the mile-long walking path around the island along the water’s edge. Your beach vacation at Sunset Island will become that One Particular Harbor you’ll return to year after year.
This unit only rents to friends and groups over the age of 25 years of age unless with parent/s.

Sunset Island charges a $225 community fee which includes pool and parking passes for your stay. At check-in, you’ll receive a community information packet and directions. Each stay is granted 6 pool passes - children under 4 don't need a pass. Additional passes may be purchased for $75 a piece from the Sunset Island office. 3 Parking passes are included with the community fee. Additional parking IF available is $75 per car. There is room to park 3 average size vehicles on the townhouse property. Large trucks and SUVs will limit your parking space, please plan accordingly.

Each stay is charged a $225 community fee which includes -
your pool passes and your parking passes for your stay, community information packet and directions.
