This is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 1 car garage beach townhouse in the heart of Mid-Town Ocean City! It is located in the Broad Marsh community on 69th Street. It is just one block from the ocean and one block from the bay. This townhouse has spectacular views of the ocean on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the townhouse. It is one short block to the beach.

This unit has suitable furniture and accessories throughout, and it is beautifully decorated. This unit sleeps 12 - 1 king bed in master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, 2 sets of bunk beds (i.e. 4 twin beds) in the 3rd bedroom, 1 queen bed in the 4th bedroom, and 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living room, which can be closed off for privacy with a set of French doors. Because this unit is able to sleep a large number of people, it is ideal for extended families during the high season. WiFi is available.

Parking is not a problem because there is a large one car garage in the rear of the townhouse. There are also two parking spaces in the driveway at the rear of the townhouse. There is also adequate public parking on 69th Street.

Park the car for a week and walk everywhere. It is convenient to the ocean, restaurants, mini-golf, amusement parks and more!

This unit is rented by the week (Saturday to Saturday) during the high season. Nonetheless, mini-weeks are available in the off-season with a 3-night minimum for special events such as St. Patrick's, Spring Fest, Cruising Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Bikers Week, Sun Fest, Corvette Weekend, Endless Summer Cruising, etc.

The Broad Marsh Community pool is OPEN in 2021 from Memorial Day Weekend to September 12th.

Grilling is not permitted in the Broad Marsh Community.

It was a great location. Short walk to beach a big plus. Parking was nit a problem at all. Townhouse was spacious which helped a lot with giving everyone their own space. Grandkids loved the bunkbeds.

Best stay in Ocean City

The pictures don’t do justice on how spacious the home is! We were a group of 12 and we had more than enough space for everyone! It’s right across the ocean and the location is away, yet near, to the hustle and bustle of downtown. The price for this place is also unbeatable! Ed and Lorraine communicated everything we needed to make our stay, check in/out seamless. Our group felt so lucky to have found this home!! Amazing place!!

This is a great stay in a great location! 69th is midtown but the bus runs all day for a small once a day price to take you downtown to the inlet and boardwalk. Was here for ocean’s calling festival and fit our needs perfectly.

69th Street Trip

Was a very lovely house & it accommodated our family perfectly. It’s an awesome location within walking distance of many great places to eat & shop & it’s only a 2 block walk to the beach which was great. The owners were very responsive to the one issue we had & communication with them from the time we booked until we left was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

We really had a enjoyable vacation. The location is very convenient— close to beach, restaurant, kayaking place, the community pool. The rooms are comfortable and nice. We did bring our bedding, due to Pandemic. The owner is nice and responsive. We will return for vacation in the future.

Nice area place is spacious, not enough couch or chairs that are comfortable to sit on in big room. TV did not function in big room . The biggest problem is laundry dryer not working properly. Also cooking pans need to be replaced. To much time scrubbing pans.

Great location, not as clean as we would have hoped

The house is in an amazing location in walking distance to tons of great restaurants, ice cream, mini golf and of course the beach. It was a functional property that accommodated 8 adults without feeling like we were on top of each other. We specifically enjoyed the large tv in the kitchen as well as hanging out on the patio at night. It would have been nice if some chairs or beach accessories were provided but we purchased everything we needed from the Walmart that was only 15 minutes away. Unfortunately as far as cleanliness we were disappointed overall. The bathroom in the queen bedroom was either not cleaned or quickly skimmed. It was the only toilet in the house that did not have a a “this bathroom was sanitized” label across the toilet, there was toothpaste all over the faucet and the floor was dirty with loose hairs. The floors throughout the home were dirty and we had to buy a pack of baby wipes for every room in order to wipe the black off of the bottom of our feet from walking around before we got into bed. My sister had a chicken wing, water bottle and some other snack remnants under her bunk bed. The stove top in the kitchen was grimy and the table cloth was so dirty that my mom had to wash it and we bought disposable ones from Walmart to use instead. We also had to purchase Clorox wipes to clean several of the surfaces. Aside from the cleanliness which we took care of on our own and the beds being uncomfortable, we truly had an overall wonderful vacation.
