* Bar soap in each bathroom

* 1 trash bag in main trash can and 1 liner in each bathroom trash bin

** (The complimentary essentials are to get you started, and are not intended to last entire trip. Cleaning supplies, toiletries, trash bags, and paper goods will need to purchased by guests for their stay.)**

* We provide bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. Beach Towels are not provided, guests will need to provide their own during stay.



*NO rental services are included with this home, including but not limited to: Golf Cart, Beach Chair and Umbrella Service, Bike Rental, Water Toys, or Tours. These items require a rental/service fee and or are obtained through a third party vendor. Wristbands are required for Private beach, Pavilion, ES community areas. There is a $30 per house fee for Emerald Shores wristbands, payable in person only to pavilion staff.

*Check in time is 4:00pm. The booking app has an automated feature that allows guest to choose desired check in time, please note check in time is still 4:00pm unless otherwise confirmed with owner prior to arrival. If early check in (10am-3pm) or late check out (until 1pm) can be accommodated, there will be a $100 fee. Please check with host to determine if early check in or check out is possible.
