Enjoy a beach front condo with amazing sunsets located at Sanibel Harbour Resort. Breath-taking setting while walking distance to the Marriott Hotel & Spa and a short drive to Sanibel Island or Fort Myers. This comfortable, fully renovated and well equipped condo will feel like your home from home upon arrival.

Guests have access to condo building pool & hot tub spa (new pool deck and pool furniture- installed in June 2024) and our private beach. Sunloungers are set out on both the pool deck and beach.

A private beach and pool are below within footsteps are for the exclusive use of condo owners and rental guests.

We are located adjacent to The Marriott Resort and Spa which features additional pools, beaches, restaurants and the 40,000 square foot spa offering a range of beauty care services and pampering to no end. The marina offers boat and other watercraft rentals, a private fishing pier and a luxury dinner/brunch yacht cruise is available on site.

This fully renovated one bedroom/bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for a short stay or a long spell.
Lania terrace with outside dining table (seats 4) and relaxing lounge chair over looks the water Watch the dolpins jump and waves splash as you enjoy a meal on the terrace or a sunset drink. The lania screens are no-see-um sized screens to ensure no pesty bites.
Water views can be enjoyed from within the living room and bedroom
The living room is comfortable furnished with a large sofa and 2 large armchairs. Large smart tv within the livingroom can be enjoyed from the livingroom, dining area or kitchen area due to the open space layout.
Dining table comfortably sits at least 4 and there is a working desk to the side.
The renovated, fully equipped kitchen (large double door refridgerator, cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer) is well stocked with plateware, glassware, pots, pans... makes cooking in easy and enjoyable. Granite counter tops and custom made cabinets.

The bedroom (with a kingsize bed) enjoys water views and direct access to the lania terrace. Plenty of draws and closest space for unpacking and comfortably settling in. Another smart tv is this bedroom.
The bedroom leads to a full size fully renovated en-suite bathroom with granite counter top, wall size mirror and large walkin-shower.

We maintain a Marriott Resort Membership allowing our guests, subject to availability, the option to enjoy the Fitness Center, Workout Classes, Tennis & Pickleball Courts. (Resort fee apply – this is optional and can be decided upon arrival).

We fell in love with this place the minute we walked in. Absolutely beautiful condo with a terrific view of the water. We spent hours on the screened-in balcony just watching waves roll in and boats cruise past. Dolphins came by several times as well. Only took a minute to get to the beach or the pool both of which were immaculately taken care of by the friendly, professional staff. Great place, can't wait to come back.

The condo was gorgeous and the view of the ocean and pool was special. We got great sunsets pictures. When we weren’t outside we were on the beautiful balcony. This is the best oceanfront condo I have ever rented.

Beautiful Condo. Nice small beach area and pool. Pool was still under construction from Hurricane Ian. The Marriott is next door with a usable pool, restaurant’s, and gym. We love the location. We will definitely stay here again. ❤️

Our stay was amazing. The place looked exactly like the pictures. We spent most of our time on the patio overlooking the water. It was so relaxing. It was a short weekend trip, but boy do I wish I could have stayed longer. You won't be disappointed.

Everything was quite comfortable. It would be nice to have more every day cooking utensils like pitcher, pots with lids, but overall had what was needed. The view was superb and the screened porch kept out the bugs.

Sanibel - Ft Myers, centrally located

Bayview Condo, is conveniently located between Sanibel and Ft Myers with many beaches in between. But you don't have to go anywhere you're located beach front! Although the pool was still being renovated after hurricane Ian, our host, Lori, told us it would be ready in April. Beautiful condo, just as the photos show, very comfortable and soothing ocean sounds. Highly recommend, we'll be back!
