Resort size Pool & Jacuzzi beside our building!****THE TWO TOWERS ARE PRIVATELY OWNED & OPERATED & NOT A PART OF THE RESORT NEXT DOOR.***SUPER CLEAN***2 bed 2 bath Condo has some of the most spectacular views & sunsets in SW Florida. Located on Punta Rassa, a peninsula overlooking Gulf Of Mexico, Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Islands, this condo is adjacent to the 4 Diamond Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort. WE have Renovated Kitchen, Bedrooms and Baths: The kitchen includes all full-sized appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Quartz counter-tops, glass tiles, and Euro-style, cabinets complete the upscale look. The master bath contains a convenient stacked washer and dryer to make your vacation laundry chores a little easier. The master bedroom and bath feature incredible view of the water, + a king-sized bed, TV, walk-in shower and closet + WASHER/DRYER and plenty of dresser storage for all your vacation belongings. NOTE: Under giant TV, the cabinet has a White Binder full of useful local info & WIFI Password. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed plenty of closet and dresser space and an adjacent bathroom with a large walk in shower. Our Tower has its own large pool & spa, resort size. The Pass is often busy with boaters, sailors, dolphin & manatee. Pelicans fly by your windows catching the tropical up-breezes. You have option to open up the Sliders to allow the Gulf Breezes come in & hear the waves lapping on shore. Hurricane Proof Windows all around if you wish for quiet. Our Tower has our own Beach Loungers for your use on Sand. Hotel Pools for Hotel residents only. The Marriott restaurants and Spa are available to the public & by reservation These amenities do not require a Marriott Guest Pass to enjoy. PRIVATE beach & chair/loungers plus many walking trails. We had a great stay . View is amazing as was seeing the pelican fly past the window . The apartment has everything you could need and more . Publix is literally 10 mins . Bimini bait shack is a 10 min walk for good food. Beach and pool very clean and well tended to. If I had one grumble it would be the tv and no kettle . Maybe that’s just a British thing .

While the location and view in this unit is outstanding, the unit itself is in need of some major updating. Most of the furniture(easy chairs and tables) in the living room need to be replaced. No ice maker in the refrigerator. No ceiling fans in the entire unit. Bedding/pillows also needs to be replaced. Several had visible stains and were without pillow cases. Water pressure in the bathrooms is very low, especially in the master bathroom. Also, did not really like the enclosed porch. Would have preferred the normal outdoor balcony. All in all, quite disappointing given the premium pricing. We would not rent this unit again.
