I am a mom, a Realtor, and a lifelong lover of the water. I enjoy helping others feel at home and creating a memorable stay on the waterfront. Hosting allows me to share a unique side of Buffalo while giving guests a comfortable place to relax, explore, and enjoy.

This location offers a distinctive waterfront setting surrounded by an eclectic mix of natural scenery, historic landmarks, modern attractions, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Guests can enjoy beautiful views of the waterways, gardens, lighthouse, waterway engineering favorites like the black rock locks, and nearby naval ships. Niagara Falls and all of its attractions is a 20 min. drive from the vessel. Whether you are interested in sightseeing, dining, nightlife, or simply relaxing beside the water, the area provides a memorable Buffalo experience.

This rustic but cozy charmer features a kitchenette with a refrigerator, an electric cooktop stove, a microwave and a coffee machine. The dining area converts to a twin bed. The TV is mounted to the wall in the dining area. The full/queen size bed is forward the dining area. In the bathroom you will find a full length mirror, toilet, sink and shower. The flybridge has extra seating and is accessed with a ladder and shaded by a Bimini top. The deck is well lit and chairs are provided for outdoor seating. The docks are surrounded by amenities including public bathrooms with showers for guest use. Restaurants and bars on premises are available for guests with a myriad of different tastes and styles. The atmosphere is family friendly and welcoming. There is truly something for everyone in this experience. From the beautiful lighthouse views, to the historical naval ships in the harbor, the concerts and events, and being on the water, be prepared to enjoy a great mix of relaxing and exciting!
