Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located flat. This is a 1st floor, cozy flat including a fully equipped kitchen, bath, living room and bedroom as well as in unit laundry. Off Street parking with easy access to your flat. It is located two streets in from the Niagara river between Niagara Falls and Buffalo. Enjoy the gardens, a nice fire at the fire pit, with full access to our patios, the bike trails, great dining in walking distance. Come to relax and escape for a while! Located in Tonawanda, this apartment is a dream.

Couldn't have had a better experience with this unit. The hosts live on site and are extremely focused on all the comfort details. The gardens are beautiful and the fire pit is awesome. Unit is clean and cozy, and stocked with all that you need. Wonderful people!

The hosts were lovely people. They are very accommodating and replied quickly to any questions. There are so many amenities that you do not really have a need to contact the host during your stay. The house is close to a lot of tourist attractions in the area. The interior is very beautiful and comfortable and the garden is a hidden gem.

This property is well maintained and incredibly comfortable. All the amenities are VERY well thought out! This will be my first choice in all future stays in the Buffalo Niagara area. I cannot say enough about our visit. It truly feels like home. Thank you!! Communication with the friendly owners is top notch. Off street parking is a definite plus.
