Beautiful House

Beautiful house, looks just like the pictures. Great for large families, two bedrooms downstairs three upstairs. Quite family community, clubhouse is great with gym, pool, ping pong and pool table. Only negatives, kitchen was missing a lot of basic things like a dish strainer. Hot tub was great but, owner was concern about usage so it took a while to straighten out times of operation. House is a 30 minute drive to everything. SkyRun rental manager was fabulous, very attentive.

What makes this property unique

Family and fitness-friendly.The clubhouse amenities come with sand/clay courts, a full basketball court, sand volleyball, a protected kids play area, and a resort-like pool with a kids splash and slide area.  The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with quick access to both Bonita Beach Road and Immokalee Rd., shopping, and restaurants.Hospitals, local schools, grocery stores, and area sports programs are all in the area.During Peak Season January through end of April traffic can be heavy.  What should take 15 -20 minutes to get to the beaches and entertainment can take 30 minutes so please plan accordingly.   What can we say....everyone loves FL.
