This house is great for large groups who would like to play music in the Poconos, it has a Grand piano. It's also great for a family or group of friends visiting who want a beautiful, quiet place to stay in the mountains. House has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. One bathroom a tub, other bathroom shower. The master bedroom is on the ground floor. The Dining table seats 8, also has an open kitchen with 3 stools. Living room seats 7 on comfortable formal Sofas. And Family room with 65" TV, Large C shaped soft sofa seats 5 or more.

Great Communication

Beautiful house and had great communication with property owner. Will definitely be back next year.

Due to the ability to work from home, I bought a house in the Poconos to live when I'm working from home, and weekends. I live in New York 3 days a week, and could stay longer if I have a guest. It's just me running the whole show which is a bonus so you don't have to communicate with a company that doesn't respond quickly to questions.

Why they chose this property

I love how quiet the area is. I have a half acer of land, you can hardly see any neighbors. I'll be taking great care of the property since it's my "primary" residence. I'm only renting it out about once a month just to help with the bills.

What makes this property unique

I'm a musician, so I have a living room with a grand piano, and sofas for others to listen. My house is my dream home I put my heart and soul into it. It's very special to me, and I hope you find it a special place also.
