Can't do much better for waterfront and views in Kihei. This property is a gem. Rooftop is spectacular with top notch tables and barbeques. The suite is far from the road which is a bonus. Carpets are way too tired. Rest of the unit was mostly updated. Was not happy to be greeted by some cockroaches. It must have been treated just before our arrival as some died. It did not ruin our trip so we did not notify the property manager and we didn't want it to be possibly sprayed while we were there. I did email the property manager after we checked out and received no reply. Seems best to rent from owners and not an agency.

Stunning views! Lots of turtles and two enormous family friendly swimmable beaches on each side. Fantastic vibe in town and easy access to many other activities plus shopping/food! Fyi cinnamon rool place across the street is phenomenal!

We had an amazing 10 days at the Royal Mauian! This unit was very clean! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need! The whole property was cleaned regularly (I think our outdoor hallway was mopped almost daily). We will definitely stay here again!

Ultimate vacation and location!

The condo was stunning both inside and the view out to the ocean. Everything we needed was either provided (starter soaps etc) or easily for purchase at any number of nearby stores. Swimming and snorkeling and paddle boarding to either beach to right or left. All beaches are connected by public path along the shoreline. CB vacations was very responsive and the on-site manager very kind and helpful.Definitely family-oriented complex. Fantastic all the way around!

The Best

This place is just awesome. You have everything you need. The best location ever. Close to stores, great beaches seconds away, restaurants, rentals, just literally everything. Condo is perfect for a family stay. Very comfortable mattresses. Best part is it has A/C in every room. View from the balcony is outstanding and if that’s not enough, you have access to the rooftop where you can make your delicious steak. Very recommended. You won’t regret it!

We loved the little complimentary chips, chocolates and coffee. They also provided dishwashing and laundry supplies, aluminum foil, etc. The decor was really nice with primary bedroom bed being especially pretty. All the furniture was comfortable. The best part of this unit was the balcony and view!! Seeing just the ocean and the top of the trees was divine. Bring your binoculars because we saw sea turtles from the balcony on at least two of the days!! So cool! The unit itself is at the south end with the elevator being in the center of the complex. So it was a little walk with a two steps down along the walkway. There is a window in the kitchen and the 2nd bedroom with frosted louvers that face the walkway, but we hardly had anyone walking by. So it was quiet. Nice to have the cross-ventilation and a/c units/fans too. (Apparently, not all places in Hawaii have a/c!) The unit is above the pool so you could see if some of your people are down there from the balcony. There was a little noise from the pool but not bad. The lawn around the pool was beautiful with lots of lounge chairs. There is also a rock outcropping near the pool that you could walk out onto. The front entry to the building has beautiful koi ponds! The location was perfect too. Between two beaches and across from lots of places to eat, shop and rent equipment or schedule outings. Went twice to "It's a Wrap". Get the Gurl in a Curl bowl! :)
