Welcome to your professionally remodeled four bedroom, two bathroom South Cape Coral home, with private outdoor pool. Everything in house is upgraded and new. 15 minutes to beach. This quiet neighborhood, offers a relaxing feel. Quick routes to all Southwestern Florida has to offer.

Enter the home to pool views and indoor/outdoor living. Sliding glass doors open directly to an outdoor oasis. Pool, spacious lani with large covered area, grill, loungers, sun or shade, there is a space to relax no matter your preference.

Indoors is the ultimate in open plan living. Your kitchen, living, and dining room offers lots of space to chill and read a book, or entertain and watch the big game. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook and entertain, including filtered water and ice maker from the fridge/freezer.

The house is a split ranch layout. A private king bed and ensuite bathroom on one side of the house offers direct access pool via sliding doors. On the opposite side are three additional bedrooms offer with queen beds in each. There is an additional bathroom with walk in shower. All bedrooms have ample closet space with barn doors to hang or store suitcases, and individual Roko TVs for all your favorite streaming apps. Plenty of privacy for all guests.

All beds are plush mattresses with hotel quality sheets and lots of pillows for a restful night’s sleep!

Bathrooms all include fluffy towels, plus extra towels to hit the beach or poolside. Beach chairs, beach bags and coolers provided for a day at the beach.

This lovely home is one level with keyless entry, offering easy and secure access for all guests.

This is house was exactly like it is pictured and described. It was perfect for our stay and would absolutely stay again. Owner was very responsive prior to our stay and while we were staying there. My family and I absolutely loved visiting this property again. Everything was clean and it felt just like home. It's spacious, so no one had to feel like they were on top of each other all week. The heated pool was our favorite part. We noticed towards the end of our stay that the toaster didn't work, so we went out to purchase a new one for the next guest. I recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, fun, safety, and peace and quiet that the whole family can enjoy.

The house worked well for our family. We were a little surprised by the lack of basic body wash, and had to buy toilet paper since there wasn’t extra. Aside from that, the pool area was nice and it was in a peaceful neighborhood that was quiet (appreciated)! The owls are adorable and the check in book was helpful. The queen beds were very comfortable, but the master was pretty hard. Home was clean. Check in and check out were easy. A nice home that was in a decent driveable distance from many things!

This rental was excellent. The home was clean and beautiful and properly equipped with everything needed for a wonder vacation. Beautiful Relaxing Stay

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by a large open space and nice view of the pool. The house has been newly renovated and is lovely. A large open area for eating and gathering and the bedrooms were nice (with a large ensuite to the master bedroom). The pool and outdoor area were great (the waterfall is soothing). Had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again. We also got see a cute family of owls each evening that hung out on the front lawn. Thanks for a great place to stay on our vacation.

Great Vacation

The property was so much better than expected. It was the perfect getaway. Everything was clean and comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. On our last night, there was a problem with the pipes in the primary bathroom that kept us up until 5am due to flooding, but we immediately notified Tim and he responded very calmly. The Property Manager was also very friendly and polite. I would absolutely stay here again.

Family vacay

We just left and we already can’t wait to go back! The house was beautiful just as pictured. Tim, the host, was kind and got back to me quickly when I reached out. We were there during tropical storm Debby and still had an amazing time!! For reference it was my 3 boys ages 15, 18 and 21 and myself, we’ve been coming to Cape Coral since 2016 we usually rent the same house but the owners sold it. This house is the 3rd house we’ve stayed in and it did not disappoint! 100% would recommend!

The property was just as beautiful as the VRBO listing. Each room was tastefully decorated and every detail was well designed to make our stay very comfortable. The master bedroom mattress was perfect (I plan to order one for our home). We enjoyed relaxing in the salt-water pool and the screened-in patio. The kitchen was well equipped and had top of the line dishes and silverware. The large Roku TV in the family room was great for movies. Each bedroom had a TV. This was by far the BEST VRBO home we have stayed in.

House was very nice and the pool was excellent. For safety, i think a safety bar should be installed for getting in and out. Two of the four lounge chairs need to be upgraded. While the home had the basic needs, it could use things like steak knives, baking pans and better coffee maker. The owls out front were really cute!The manager, Charlie, is perfect though. You could contact him anytime day or night and he would either take care of it or find a solution
