The property was great. Our trip was cut short due to the hurricane but the host’s communication through the whole process was great. They answered all my questions and kept me up to date. I would stay here again.

The Condo is in a great area right on the beach, close to food and activities. The walk to the beach was extremely close. Being able to bring our 13 year old dog was the greatest thing about it. There were two areas for walking your dog and a potty station post with disposal bags at the entrance. All the dogs we approached (about 6) were very friendly. The only negative I had Terry addressed immediately. I’d definitely stay here again.

The condo itself was decent. Bathroom/shower/toilet area was rather small. Hallway sliding closet door was broke. Tv in bedroom was not working correctly. The A/C was very loud and had a rattling noise at times that was loud enough to wake you up. Saw one too many bugs in the condo. Let the owners know after we left. Didn’t want someone to come in spraying while we were there. The whole property was in a good location. While it is dog friendly, there are only a few small areas for them to “do their business”.The shower/hose at the beach wasn’t working, which wasn’t ideal. Lady at the pool said it hadn’t been working in a long time. Not the owners of the condo fault but not good for paying guests at the property.

This property was in a great location and the view off the balcony was just gorgeous. Unfortunately there were a couple of things that weren’t pleasant for our stay. There were a couple of dirty pieces of silverware and a dead roach on a plate up in the cabinet as well as a couple of small ones running around on the counter. A couple of things were things that I don’t think the owner could control like the air conditioning was so loud that we couldn’t hear the tv, there was maintenance work that only bothered us for a couple of days (which the owner had warned us about earlier), and since it’s an older condo, the walls are very thin and noise was easily heard from next door. (And it didn’t help that those neighbors had a dog that continually barked every time his owners left the condo!). So we didn’t relax as easily as we thought we were going to. The condo was very nicely decorated and comfortable and WiFi was very easy to set up. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the fact that there were beach chairs for our use. We also were very happy that the owner had a designated parking spot under the building. Basically the condo was pretty clean, the towels and sheets as well as the bed spreads were very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

The view was fabulous, furniture on the balcony allowed us to enjoy it! Plenty of kitchen supplies that allowed is to cook. We had a couple minor issues that were addressed immediately; couldn’t ask for a better response.
