Caribbean #403 Direct Gulf Front 1 BR w/ Bunks

Building will have work done between October 19 and December 21, 2026. There will be work completed between 8am and 5pm. Painting and general maintenance.

Luxurious 5th floor unit with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and kitchen.

Caribbean #403 is located in a Gulf front, low density complex that has only 32 units. It features 9' ceilings.

We have a heated salt water indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor pool in addition to the beach steps away to help you relax.

Our unit comes fully furnished with all the conveniences you expect in a luxury vacation home. We stock our unit with premium sheets and towels to give that luxurious feel you deserve.

We have extensively renovated our condo with all tile floors, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, dining room and living room furniture. A luxurious vacation awaits you!

Your summer/spring vacation or winter retreat will be perfect in this beach front condo with 1 bedroom, built in hall bunks, and 1 1/2 baths. It includes everything you could possibly want in a relaxing and fun-filled Gulf Shores summer vacation or for your winter retreat.

Our fully furnished kitchen includes everything you will need for all your cooking necessities.

This unit is pet friendly for dogs only, however no dogs are allowed on the beach in the city limits. We have a pet fee of $105 for 1 or $175 for 2, or $225 for 3 dogs . No cats allowed.

We have 4 other units in this building and one beach house across from the Gulf State Park if you need additional accommodations.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The room was exceptionally clean and we tried to leave ut that way.. Tropical storm Bertha kind of hindered beach activities but the views... to sit and watch a storm lile that roll south and kick up so awesome waves was still worth being there. Will definitely look to stay again.

My little family loved this location!! It's perfect to bring the fur babies because the walk from the beach to the rooms is short and easy. Both pools were clean and so was the unit itself. We would absolutely stay again.

The unit was very clean, the beds were comfy, the washer/dryer came in handy, also loved that the fridge had an ice maker/water dispenser! The unit had all the cooking utensils & a nice Keurig that made single cups & a pot! The shower gets nice & hot. The ac works wonderful! We also loved that the couch had a pull out bed which one of our kids slept on & said it was comfy. The beach view from the balcony is beautiful & I loved we could see the pool too. Most of all we were super thankful this unit is pet friendly, our two doodles felt at home! We will definitely be back!

We live in Gulf Shores and love the area. We have 4 children; Emma, Lachlan, Lennox and Piper that love the beach and pools. We are not far away and enjoy staying at Caribbean when other families are not enjoying it. It has been such a joy owning this unit and being able to share it with other families throughout the year. And it has been a fun journey renovating; making it a truly luxurious, high-end destination.

Why they chose this property

We like the low density of only 32 units but all the amenities of a larger complex. Also the 9' ceilings which give it a larger feel than many of the other condos in the area.
