The host was very welcoming and responsive when we had an issue. He would respond within minutes when we had a question or a concern. The king bed in the master was in good condition and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped had everything we needed. Above all the view of the ocean was amazing!I will say the furniture in the living room is very worn and not comfortable to lounge in. The condo is located on the first floor so you do hear a lot of noise (garbage pick-up - the dumpster is directly under the bedroom; you could hear the water coming down the drainpipe from toilets and showers from the floors above).Overall, it was a wonderful month. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

We had a great stay. Condo has a great view and easy access to beach. This property is also very pet friendly. As others mentioned the noise from upstairs toilet is noticeable and multiple 445 trash pickups through the week will wake you but these didn’t impact our stay.

My wife and I own and manage several vacation rental properties in Gulf Shores. I was born and raised in Kentucky, and for many years our family vacationed along the beautiful beaches of Alabama!

After vacationing here for more than 20 years, we finally made the move to Gulf Shores in January 2020. What started as family vacations quickly turned into a place we were proud to call home.

We truly love this area and everything it has to offer, and we’re confident that once you experience it, you’ll love our new city just as much as we do! My wife, our three daughters, six grandchildren, and I have always loved the warm weather, white sand beaches, and relaxed coastal lifestyle here.

Now that we’ve settled in the area, we enjoy helping guests experience everything that makes Gulf Shores such a special place. Our goal is to provide comfortable, well-maintained condos where families and friends can relax, enjoy the sunshine, and create their own beach memories!

Our daughter, Bethany, manages our properties and will be able to provide you with quick responses to any questions or concerns you may have! We truly appreciate every guest who stays with us and look forward to hosting you!
