This was really the perfect spot for us, right on the beach. Everything in the unit was well maintained and it was a very nice spot to spend a few days. I'd definitely recommend. I really just don't have anything critical to share.

Outside furn rusted and could not see well out sliding glass door. Said was pet friendly but if we would have brought our pets no place to walk them Loud sounds at night and in mornings not sure if it was other units or not but happened often other than that it was ok but really not worth the daily rate charged

The condo was nice and cleaned, except the bedrooms were small (furniture was too large for the rooms) and the master bathroom was small and outdated. They advertised a pet friendly condo; unfortunately, Alabama has a law no dogs are allowed on the beach. I’m disappointed I wasn’t informed about this ahead of time.

Unfortunately as mentioned in the listings, the city of Gulf Shores does not allow pets on the beach, although there is a dog park and a smaller beach nearby that allows this. We are the only beach side condo that allows pets in their units so all our guests can have their furry friends with them!

Great corner unit with beautiful view. Short distance to shore line so easy to take your chair to beach. Nice area with dog bags to walk your dog. Elevator was fast with very little waiting.

It was nice meeting with you the other day.As you may recall, during our conversation, we explained how disappointed we were with the overall condition of your property. I won’t go through the entire list again, as you already have it.Although you did bring back new knives and a replacement A/C filter, the other issues we discussed were left unresolved. In fact, I even had to put the makeup towel back into the broken ceiling A/C vent to prevent cold air from blowing directly on us while we slept.We are scheduled to check out tomorrow, and unfortunately, the issues have continued.Early this morning, we were awakened by the loud noise of machinery pumping water out of the swimming pool, along with work crews setting up fencing and scaffolding for exterior work. The noise made it impossible to enjoy the outside porch, which is one of the reasons people choose a vacation rental in the first place.Additionally, the swimming pool has been unusable throughout our stay because the heater was not working. This was one of the features on VRBO, and were not informed of it not working beforehand.We consider ourselves a pretty easygoing group, and we certainly understand that things can occasionally go wrong. However, I think you would agree that you would not be happy dealing with these circumstances during your own vacation.Considering the amount of money we spent on this rental, our expectations were considerably higher. Great location and very pet friendly

We had a great stay. Condo has a great view and easy access to beach. This property is also very pet friendly. As others mentioned the noise from upstairs toilet is noticeable and multiple 445 trash pickups through the week will wake you but these didn’t impact our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach was steps away with limited crowds. Dolphin watching was incredible with beautiful sunrise and sunset views.
