About our Home
Bed & Bath Configuration
Designed to comfortably sleep 8 adults and 6 children, the home features a spacious, multi-level layout:
- Bedroom 1: King Master Suite with private en-suite bath
- Bedroom 2: King Master Suite with private en-suite bath
- Bedroom 3: Queen Bedroom with private en-suite bath
-Bedroom 4: Queen Bedroom
- Bedroom 5: The Bunk Room (2 sets of twin bunks + 2 floor twin mattresses)
- Bathrooms: 4.5 bathrooms total

- In-Home Elevator: Move luggage, groceries, and guests between all levels with ease.

We provide the essentials so you can focus on the fun. Your stay includes:

- The Starter Kit: A supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and hand soap.
- Shower Amenities: Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in every bathroom.

Safety & Seasonal Policies
- Peak Season: We require a 7-night minimum stay with a Saturday check-in/out.

Immaculate, Well-Equipped Home with Great Owner & Easy Beach Access

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, new property! The home is spotless, modern, and extremely well-equipped for a relaxing beach getaway. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish—they were friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival.The location is ideal, with easy access to the beach just a short walk away. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful extras provided for beach days, including several comfortable chairs, a sturdy beach wagon, and a sun-blocking tent that was easy to set up. It is also a short drive (or bike ride) to downtown surf city shopping and restaurants. The private backyard was a real highlight for us. We loved unwinding in the hot tub and gathering around the awesome firepit in the evening. Inside, the house is spacious and bright, with a great room that features a modern kitchen stocked with everything you need—full-sized appliances (including a garbage disposal), plenty of cookware, and all the kitchen gadgets required to enjoy meals at home. Most of the bedrooms have direct porch access, which was such a nice touch, and the two master suites with full baths offered plenty of privacy and comfort for two sets of parents. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed beach retreat!One Tip: Go to Andrews Produce for fresh veggies, fruits, salsa and homemade bread.

Enjoyed this beautiful beach home!

The hosts were super responsive. The house is beautiful with 3 levels. Very comfortable, clean with great amenities. We enjoyed the fire pit and jacuzzi. So much light and fully updated. Will definitely return back with my women's group. @loehealing

Perfect Beach Rental

This property has everything anyone could possibly need and want in a vacation home! You'll find nice surprises throughout. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable and linens are supplied! Everyone enjoyed the large beautiful hot tub.The elevator was a back saver

Ideal house, good location.

We loved this place! Everything was shiny and new. The kitchen was well equipped. The rooms were comfortable. Beach access was easy and the house came with all of the beach necessities. We would definitely stay here again.

Great way to kick off summer!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home, plenty of space for everyone, lots of decks to hang out on, great backyard space with fire pit/hot tub and big screen tv. Beach was a short walk and access was very easy. Owners provided great guide before our visit with lots of suggestions and also available in hard copy at the house. Our first visit to Surf City/Topsail and hope to come back!

Topsail offers immaculate beaches, fishing spots, and outdoor activities. We love to spend our days soaking up the sun and then enjoying dinner at one of the many local restaurants.

The home was built in 2023 and has so much to offer! Only a 3 minute walk to the beach, modern decor and finishings, a fully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances, a fenced backyard built for family fun with a firepit, 65’ TV and a hot tub to unwind in. We have also recently completed a professional landscaping project throughout the property that won’t disappoint.
