Located in the Villas Pappagallo complex in West Bay, Grand Cayman, this 2700 square foot, 3 bedroom unit is located on a private, white sand beach with beautiful views and amenities.

There is incredible snorkeling virtually at your front door at Villas Pappagallo. There are palm trees for shade, and a beautiful pool at your disposal. This area has a true 'island' feeling!  Enjoy endless walks on the gorgeous white sand beach that neighbors a national park.

Every one of the 3 spacious bedrooms has a King size bed and full balcony overlooking the ocean. There is a Queen size air mattress available for guest use, as well as a twin size rollaway bed and a pack-and-play crib for infants and small children.  A grocery store is about a five minute drive away. The larger store is about a 15 minute drive away and is easy to stop at on your way back from daily adventures. A variety of fine restaurants and many water-sport facilities are also located close by. 

Being the only corner unit that rents at the Villas Pappagallo Complex, you will have the best views available: to the west, north, and east. On certain days of the year, you can watch the sunrise in the east and set in the west from the same lounge chair on the beach! And because we are an end unit, these beautiful views are completely unobstructed, a really amazing sight to see.

Our villa is licensed to rent under the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism Rental Laws and we use one of the best property managers on the island. Taur will be cooling the unit as she waits for you to arrive, show you around, hand over the keys, and answer any questions you may have regarding the island, the complex, and the unit. She has lived on the island her whole life and is very involved in the tourism community. If you are looking for an 'off the beaten path' adventure, be sure to check in with Taura. Beautiful Place and Quite Location!

Have stayed at this condo complex several times over the last few years. This is the first time we have stayed at this 3-bedroom condo location.


1. The condo has numerous amenities. We cooked most of our meals at the place and appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. Even with 7 of us we felt there was plenty of space for lounging around on the first floor.

2. Walking out the front door you are just a few yards from an expansive sandy beach as well as a large pool. This complex is always quite and not very crowded unlike 7-mile beach.

3. This is the last development on the north side with an extensive park that runs out to Barkers Point. Walked all the way out on the beach and did not see a single person for over 2 hours.

4. The reef is about ¼ of a mile straight out from the beach. I am a huge snorkeling fan and the variety of fish and coral formations makes this one of my top 5 locations. Given the currents and distance it is not for beginners or perhaps even intermediate snorkelers. If windy weather does not allow you to snorkel here it is a short drive to a number of other snorkeling sites on the west and south side of the island (Macabuca, Cemetery beach, Spotts Beach, Eden Rock, ….)

5. The owners regularly communicated with me throughout the process both before and during our stay.


1. You are on the very northern part of the island where the predominate winds/breezes seem to come from the north or northeast. Like I said above, a short drive to another part of the island solves that problem.

2. My understanding is that each rental condo is legally required to have a local “Meet and Greet” person to check you in, show you around, answer any questions and subsequently check you out of the unit. When we meet George at the unit it became almost immediately apparent that all he wanted to do is show us where the keys were and then leave. When we started asking him questions and said we wanted to look at the second-floor bedrooms/bathrooms he became agitated and keep saying “hurry up”. We never did see him on the day we left and just ended up leaving the place unlocked. The owners pay for his service and it is obvious they are being taken advantage of by him. They should switch to Marji or one of the other persons we have been checked in with at this same complex. He made us so uncomfortable that this is the reason I gave our stay a 4 rating instead of a 5.

Secluded Villa with an outstanding view!

Property is groomed daily, cannot say enough how perfect this location is for vacations. Pappagayo restaurant directly across street has an impressive menu, and carryout is welcomed. George is only a call away and greets you with a smile. Eileen is a jewel to work with. Decor captures the Island vibe perfectly. We found the beds to comfy, linens are fresh & plentiful. What we loved the most was Villa 36 is on the far end of the complex, quiet and private. Thank you for renting your wonderful home to us.

Will be returning, only next time, much longer. The 4 gals from Texas celebrating 50!

Great location and wonderful property!

We really enjoyed this property. It was very well stocked, clean, spacious, close to a grocery store and liquor store and across the street from a wonderful restaurant. We had the beach to ourselves most days. Close to Seven Mile Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

exceptional property

We spent 9 days here and all of us were sad to leave. The home is very spacious and there wasn't a single thing that it lacked. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bedrooms are spacious. We traveled with our children ranging in age from 3 years old to 21 and there was more then enough room for all of us. There was always an available bathroom (which is always nice)

We had the pool and beach all to ourselves for 90% of our stay. The beach is beautiful but definitely bring aqua socks. We loved the secluded feeling of the property yet Esterly Tibbets Highway made traveling to different parts of the island extremely easy. Cost U less and Kirk Supermarket helped keep the kitchen/refrigerator stocked nicely. We enjoyed Camana Bay a lot and it was only a 10 minute drive from the condo. Smith Cove turned out to be the "go to" place for all of us. There was snorkeling, swimming, jumping off small cliffs into deep pools of water.. there was fishing. Just a really great time there and only 15 minutes from the condo. We also enjoyed time at cemetery beach, less then 10 minutes from the condo.

I'm one who almost always second guesses myself and often wonder if I could have done better. This is one occasion that I can say with all certainty that we did really well with deciding to stay here versus other properties we looked at. Eileen was never more then an email or phone call away and she made sure we knew that. George, the property manager was always available and maintained and constant presence on the property.

It is definitely off the beaten path but close enough to anything you might want to be a part of. For the majority of our stay, we felt like we had a small piece of paradise all to ourselves. It was the best Thanksgiving. A trip we will never forget and a comfortable stay we will always remember.

We hope to visit again!

This villa is a gem a little off the beaten path

Not on seven mile but close enough that it doesn't matter. This villa is beyond spectacular the amount of space is amazing. It's beautiful inside and you can't get any closer to the beach. Every single room has an incredible view there is plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. Three bedrooms so everyone has their own space. If your looking through places to stay on 7 mile this is the best place to stay so quiet in the evenings when you come back from all the activities. The pool is huge and we had it all to ourselves most days. Oh and the price for what you get is a bargain. I wouldn't stay anywhere else on the island. We drove around the entire island and it's very packed on 7 mile this villa is incredible. We will definitely be back and only rent this place. George was always just a phone call away. Eileen made this one of the easiest transactions and answered all of my questions.

Best location on Cayman

Wife and I have been staying at #36 three years running now and we've never done that anyplace else in the Caribbean. The location within the condo complex is superb, directly on the beach, an end unit, providing convenience and privacy.

The 3 BRs are more than the two of us need but we don't want to go anywhere else on the island. We prefer peace and quiet, impossible to get on 7MB.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen utensils and immaculately clean.

We'll be back.
