Quiet and sunny apartment for a comfortable stay. Large (82 m2 / 880 sq feet), modern, bright and comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the 1st floor of a modern building in the Epinettes quarter of the 17th arrondissement, a neighbourhood close to Batignolles and Montmartre. Typical Paris neighborhood "village": local shops & merchants. Next to numerous metro, RER and Bus stops. New métro line 14 brings you to Paris center and Gare de Lyon in 15-20 minutes.

Large living room (40m2 sejour) with American open plan kitchen and table for 6. The living room features a largecouch, video projector, and sound system. Bamboo floors and bright south/southeast exposure.

Kitchen is recently renovated and fully equipped with all fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, DeLonghi coffeemaker, and ample kitchenware if you like to cook. Double-paned windows and no vis-à-vis offer a respite after a long day of site-seeing. Wireless high-speed internet throughout.

Master bedroom has a 160cm (queen) bed, window facing the courtyard, and electric volets (shutters) for a quiet night’s sleep. Eastern exposure gives pleasant morning light. Toilet and bathroom with shower/tub, double sink, and clothes washer/dryer are next to the main bedroom.

The children's bedroom has a bunk bed. A futon is also available for children or small adults. The room has 2 windows facing the courtyard and electric volets (shutters). It has its own private bathroom (renovated in 2019) with shower.

In total the apartment can comfortably sleep 5 people.

The entryway has a locked area for strollers if travelling with young children.

Un super séjour : Endroit confortable et hôtes sympathiques !

Notre court séjour était génial ! L'appartement était super confortable. Les hôtes étaient vraiment sympas et se sont assurés qu'on avait tout ce dont on ai besoin. En plus, l'emplacement est parfait pour explorer Paris car très bien desservi en transport. Hautement recommandé pour une escapade agréable ! 🌟
