Welcome to our charming and comfortable Guest Suite! We take pride in providing our guests with a home away from home experience, ensuring that you feel relaxed and at ease during your stay. Our room is designed to provide you with all the amenities you need to enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay. You'll love the separate heating and air conditioning systems, which allow you to control the temperature to your liking. This means you'll always feel cozy and comfortable, no matter the weather outside.

The private bathroom is a real highlight of our room, providing you with a space that is all your own. You'll have access to fresh towels and all the toiletries you need, so you can feel refreshed and ready for your day. Plus, the walk-in closet means you'll have plenty of space to store your belongings during your stay.

One of the things guests love most about our room is the kitchenette. With a mini-fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee maker, you'll have everything you need to make quick meals or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The room is also equipped with a small table and two chairs, making it easy to enjoy your meals or catch up on work.

Perfect retreat for family visiting

The check-in was easy, the property is perfect. Everything is new and well appointed. It is a perfect retreat for hosting family if you don’t have room in your house. I fully recommend this property.

The host was very prompt in communicating as soon as I booked my stay. I had all of the necessary information before I even headed towards the VRBO. When I arrived, the lights and heat were on making my later-than-expected arrival very welcoming and comfortable. The room is lovely and spacious, and the kitchinette has everything you could need including a protable single burner cooktop and a range of pots and pans. The host graciously supplies k-cup options, mugs and even to-go cups.I had a lovely time and even enjoyed a walk around the nearby park.

We had a wonderful experience hosting Emily. Communication was clear and timely from booking through checkout, which made everything very smooth. She treated the property with care, left the space clean, organized, and in great condition, and followed all house rules. It was clear she was respectful and considerate throughout her stay. We truly appreciated how easy she was to host and would gladly welcome her back anytime. Highly recommended to other hosts, and we’d be happy to have Emily return in the future.

Pleasant Stay

It was much appreciated that we were able to find a smoke and pet free place to stay, there are people out there that do not want to sleep with other peoples pets.. The room was comfortable and felt like home. Thank you, we will stay again with our next trip to Hamilton.

The comfort of the bed complete with raising my back like a hospital bed was extraordinary. The decor was exceptional and all the extras from bottled water in fridge to a nice selection of Keurig coffee to even abundant q-tips in a fancy holder were pleasing surprises. I added a day to the 2 days I had planned & would have added another if it had not already been reserved. Hope to stay here again!
