What is Provided?
→ Leave these at home because we provide them for the duration of your stay: Linens, bath towels, hand washing soap, shampoo/bodywash/conditioner, dishwashing soap, dish sponge.
→ We'll get you started but please bring extra if your stay is longer than a couple days: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets.

Other Items:
→ Please bring a supply of firewood and kindling if you would like to use the fire pit.
→ We recommend using water shoes if you plan to swim in the lake
→ Four exterior security cameras are on the property monitoring entry into the doorways
→ Noise decibel monitors are on the property inside the cottage. These do not record conversations. They monitor decibel levels

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living onsite 24/7.

Notes on the Booking Process:
Booking on VRBO is step one. To complete the booking process, we require all guests to e-sign our Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and agree to a security deposit hold. Our rental agreement goes into more detail about the property, our policies, etc. that will help ensure you have the best stay possible. You will get an email message with the link to complete this second step after booking on VRBO .

Great weekend getaway

We were a party of eight including two young kids. Everyone had a great time! We loved the outdoor space and the short walk to the lake, and the 5min drive to Pleasants Landing beach. The game room in the house was a nice bonus and great for evening hangouts. I would absolutely stay again.

Delightful house near lake

This was a delightful house by the lake with kayaks and water toys; large screened porch with fans to relax outside with glimpse of water; fire pit with chairs; modern kitchen with washing machines; and game room with ping-pong; and bedroom for the children with two sets of bunkbeds. Easy access to docks.

The house was clean, beautiful and well equipped. Our kids LOVED the game room, games and movies. We had a rainy weekend so it was really nice to have indoor activities. I can say enough about the hosts, they were kind and attentive when we had questions and a request. We'll definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place! Comfortable beds, linens and pillows. The screen porch is the BEST,and the proximity of the fire pit was perfect for a bonfire. The bugs were minimal,the tree fort was a great nostalgic fixture - it fits adults, not just kids! Haha. The rec room was stocked with a variety of fun things.... Overall, just a splendid stay. Would definitely come back.

Relaxing getaway

This home is clean and luxurious. There was plenty of space for my party of 7. The kids loved the bunk beds. The foosball table and ping-pong table were so fun. Everything we needed was already in had at the house. The owners were communicative throughout. Absolutely recommend.

One of our favorite family places to hang out for fun & relaxation is our Lake Anna Lakehouse! We strive for our guests to have awesome memories there just like we do!

→ Please Note - Per Community Rules, boat dock slips in the community common area are for property owners only. Boats belonging to guests should be removed from the water after use.
