Offering stunning views of the Gulf and sunsets, this elegant and classic beach home is the ultimate relaxing getaway. With its prime location and brand-new furnishings in a timeless coastal style, this unique Seaside, FL, retreat will have guests eager to return year after year.

Guests can stroll down a charming, shaded footpath in Seaside, FL, to reach the entrance of this delightful escape. Step inside to the first floor, where you'll find a spacious king primary suite filled with natural light, a flat-screen TV, a full bathroom (shower only), and a private screened-in porch with a soaking tub and privacy curtains. It doesn’t get any better than this!

Head upstairs to the open and airy second story, which features a combined floor plan with a newly furnished living room, updated kitchenette, and a large open-air porch off the living area. The kitchenette boasts stainless steel appliances, an under-the-counter fridge/freezer, a full dishwasher, a coffee pot, and a two-burner electric stove top. There's also a dining area with seating for four. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, a new 50" flat-screen TV, and is surrounded by windows offering incredible Gulf views. Just off the living room, a spacious furnished porch awaits, complete with Adirondack bar seating for two, a hammock, and beautiful scenery. This open porch provides breathtaking, panoramic beachfront views, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening wine while enjoying the stellar sunset and the sound of crashing waves. Excellent Location

This little 1 bedroom home is spacious, with 2 floors and a pull out sofa it was a perfect layout to vacation with my 2 adult children. My daughter and I shared the king bed and my son slept on the pull out sofa. Easy access to the beach and Seaside town. Super convenient and walkable to Watercolor as well. I will stay there again!

We were comfortable with all of our environment. We needed extra toilet tissue and more soap. We had a beautiful view, even though we didn’t have perfect weather every day we still enjoyed our beach vacation we enjoyed the cabana guys. They had our umbrellas ready for us each day and we will return.

Incredible place! Management was challenging

We absolutely love staying in the honeymoon cottages. It was so well kept and beautiful. We were disappointed in working with the association. We needed to cancel the first night of our four day trip and unfortunately, they would not refund that night even though it was more than 40 days in advance. Also, we had hoped to leave one hour late because of a late flight and they would not allow that either because they needed time to clean which seemed a bit much since it is a 6 hour window for a tiny place. We do know that there need to be rules but it was disappointing how inflexible they were.

The decor and furniture is in great need of updating. If you are going to be where this cottage is and charge the same as the rest they inside has GOT to be updated. Sofa and furniture look like leftover, mattress is old, not enough hot water to even cover your leg in the tub.... bottom line- the house needs renovated.

Amazing stay!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay at Beachfront Cottage 7. The location couldn’t be better, we watched dolphins swim by from our balcony on multiple mornings, and the cottage was comfortable and well-equipped. We made use of the bikes to get to Grayton Beach and Seagrove, otherwise we could walk everywhere within Seaside. The cottage was clean and perfect size for 2. Some furniture was a little dated, but everything was functional and comfortable. Communication with The Homeowner’s Collection was easy and friendly. They were able to accommodate an early check in which was greatly appreciated. They kept in touch throughout the week for any needs/questions. I would return to this cottage again, and have already recommended it to friends! Can’t wait to come back!
