Beautifully furnished with hardwood floors close to Downtown Lincolnton and HWY 321. Two Bedrooms with high speed internet. Large Living Room TV and each bedroom has their own private TVs. Keurig coffee maker, washer/dryer, assorted board/card games and Level 2 Tesla EV Charger. Entire property is fenced in with open access to large common driveway. Choose from several different complimentary coffee blends for the Keurig along with complimentary laundry detergent, various soaps and shampoos.
For the nostalgic gamer, or if you just want to show your kids what gaming was like back in the day, checkout the classic gaming console with numerous original vintage Nintendo games. Thatâs right try your hand at the original Mario Bros 1, 2 &3, Zelda, Donkey Kong, Kirby, Punchout and many more!
Centrally located to the heart of Downton Lincolnton and the retail district this property is a great Stop & Stay for whatever brings you to town. A quick 3min drive to downtown will drop you in the center of many unique local shops and restaurants. There are multiple festivals through out the summer downtown including Alive After 5 concert series and the ever popular Apple Festival.
Just 25 minutes from Hickory and Gastonia and 40min drive to CLT International airport. The hose is 10min from Combine Academy and 5mins from all major retailers that Lincolnton has to offer.
Traveling with a Group, Large Service Vehicle or Trailer? We have spacious parking onsite. Additional rental homes available if you are traveling with others and need more space.
Comfortably accommodates 4 adults but kids are welcome too. There is a folding portable crib, upon request, for any little ones that may be traveling with you.
High Speed internet is included FREE and each of the TVs are Roku enabled where you can sign into any of your favorite streaming apps. There are also numerous FREE channels provided on each TV.
USB A&C Outlets in both bedrooms, living room & Kitchen.
If you are traveling with an Electric Vehicle there is a Level 2 Tesla Charger available for use during your stay. Property has outdoor cameras present at the front and common driveway.
